About this Retreat
Paula Fenegan is a Nutritional Therapist, Reflexologist and Wellbeing Coach
She is passionate about natural health solutions. She believes working with the body is the best way to maintain optimum health. She has studied naturopathic nutrition, reflexology and support for chronic fatigue & fibromyalgia. This gives her a broad knowledge base to help her clients.
Her previous experience in the Airlines, allowed her to see first-hand the effects that stress, shift work and constant tiredness can have on the body. This inspired her to look after own health and to support her colleagues.
Her current love is supporting women through Menopause and Midlife, taking them from Stressed to Wellness
Details of this retreat
Menopause marks a significant transition in a woman’s life, signaling the end of reproductive years and the beginning of a new chapter. While it’s a natural phase, the hormonal changes and associated symptoms can sometimes make this transition challenging.
You may find you increasingly struggle with mood swings, low mood, depression, irritability, anger, panic and anxiety.
On our Menopause Wellbeing Retreats, we aim to provide an understanding of the nutrition, lifestyle, exercise and complementary therapies that can support women through Perimenopause and Menopause, allowing them to transition with grace and vitality.
At this retreat, we aim to provide a non-judgmental environment where women feel able to relax and discuss their experiences yet leave empowered with knowledge that can support them on their journey through Menopause. It’s not just about addressing physical symptoms, it’s about learning to put your own wellbeing first, in order that you can live a full and vibrant life, being the best version of ourselves.
