At Mu Garden Sanctuary, nestled in the lush beauty of the Big Island of Hawai‘i, we gather inside a living temple of remembrance — where jungle, water, volcanic fire, sacred sound, and prayer weave together as one.


This is not simply a retreat.


This is an initiation into Sonic Love Alchemy.


A path where voice becomes medicine, sound becomes prayer, ceremony becomes a bridge between Heaven and Earth, and your own being becomes the instrument through which Spirit moves.

Week 1: Sacred Sites & Ceremonial Immersion



June 17 – June 24

The first week is devoted to sacred site exploration, elemental ceremony, deep healing, and spiritual remembrance through direct communion with the land.

This is a week of opening.

Opening the body.
Opening the heart.
Opening the voice.
Opening the pathways of ancestral memory and soul remembrance.


Held by Amma Sophia Rose and the Sonic Love Alchemy team, participants are guided through a ceremonial immersion in the living wisdom of Hawai‘i — through fire, water, sound, devotion, prayer, and presence.























Week 1 Experiences May Include

Sacred site explorations across the Big Island
Volcano pilgrimage and offerings to Pele
Water purification rituals and sacred bathing experiences
Fire ceremony and elemental prayer
Sound journeys in the Crystal Sound Dome
Ancestral clearing and lineage healing
Ceremonial use of cacao, blue lotus, rapé, and other herbal and aromatic preparations as guided
Sacred instrument creation such as rattles, chakapas, or feather fans
Nature-based ritual, silence, devotion, and deep restoration









This week may be attended as a stand-alone retreat, or as the opening portal into the full immersion.












Sacred Ceremony & Temple Experience





















At Mu Garden Sanctuary, we do not simply gather for information.
We gather in a sacred field of transmission.


Each day is woven with prayer, beauty, sound, presence, and intention.


Participants are invited into a living ceremonial container through shared circle, sound journeys, ritual, teachings, voice activation, elemental connection, and soul remembrance.


This is a space where the nervous system can soften, the heart can open, Spirit can speak, and true transformation is supported not only by the teachings, but by the atmosphere itself.












Farm-to-Table Nourishment




Nourishment is part of the temple experience.


Each day, guests are lovingly supported with brunch and dinner, prepared with care, beauty, and reverence. The meals are designed to nourish the body while complementing the rhythm of ceremony, immersion, and restoration.


At Mu Garden Sanctuary, food is not separate from healing. It is part of the prayer, part of the beauty, and part of the frequency.


























Integration Days



June 25 – June 26

These two days are intentionally left open for rest, spaciousness, and personal integration.


After the ceremonial intensity and sacred site immersion of Week 1, participants are given time to soften, absorb, reflect, and settle before entering the focused teaching container of Week 2.


These days are a sacred pause — an important part of the overall journey.












Week 2: Sonic Love Alchemy Facilitator Training



June 27 – July 2

The second week is a focused teaching immersion for those who are ready to deepen into the path of sacred sound facilitation, ceremony, and embodied leadership.


This is not a passive retreat experience.
This is a training.


Participants are guided into the core methodologies of Sonic Love Alchemy, receiving teachings, practices, and direct experiential transmission designed to strengthen confidence, clarity, and integrity as a facilitator.

Arrival & Departure Guidance




Please arrive in time to be fully present for opening experiences on June 17.


If attending the full immersion or Week 2, please plan your departure after the closing on July 2, allowing enough time for airport travel.
