About this Retreat
Felicia Thanheiser was born and grew up in southern Germany, but her roots extend beyond. She is 30% Eastern European, Scandinavian, Balkan and the last small but not insignificant remainder, Irish-Scottish and Welsh.
Connected to the ancestral line of seers, she grew up with a basic understanding of different levels of perception and dimensions and learned to work with them early on.
In her early twenties, she studied the shamanic healing techniques of Sandra Ingermann and Michael Harner in depth, which resulted in the official start of a year-long educational journey around the world. In her late twenties, she completed her first shamanic training at the Foundation of Shamanic Studies and continued her journey with great shamanic masters such as Dr. Alberto Villold and Puma Fredy Quispe Singona, but also with Dr. Gabor Maté, who fundamentally and profoundly changed her understanding and perspective on the subject of addiction and trauma.
Although she has been teaching and working in this field for many years, she always sees herself as a student and continue to specialize in healing addiction and profound trauma in conjunction with Plantspirit Medicine, Spirit Medicine and Energy Medicine as well as the depth of her own medicine, which opens a powerful space for rebirth into the original light.
Rooted in the archaic healing culture, it is a great honor and blessing for her to serve as a bridge between the worlds and to open and hold the space of unlimited possibilities for her clients.
Her Retreats are called Heart Retreats because her focus is on opening up your heart to your own medicine and become the healing you are looking for using the power you have within. And also to invite the power that is just waiting to return to you, whenever you are ready to follow the call of your soul. Out of her Experience we only partially incarnate into this life, our soul knows this and starts searching. But without knowing we might start searching in the outside and not within ourselves on the secret pathways we once created.
In her Retreats she will hold you the space to reunite with yourselve and be reborn in your true light of the consciousness of your soul to remember who you are and where you come from.

Tatanka was born and raised in the United States. He started his spiritual journey 20 years ago and has lived in Peru since 2011. He studied, lived and worked in Ayahuasca centers in the jungle for many years. Since 2020, Tatanka has lived right at Lagune Azul Cocha next to Apu Ausangate and has built a very wonderful relationship with Ausangate and the other spirits of Ausangate National Park as well as the human and animal inhabitants in recent years. He knows the mountain very well and is a wonderful and valuable spiritual space holder and medicine man.
Katja was born and raised in the south of Germany. From an early age on, she supported other people to heal in there processes and be of service, where her calling is rooted. Her professional career started as a physiotherapist, but after an accident, where she broke her back, she was left with chronic pain, so she changed careers and started studying again. Staying in the health care system to follow her calling, she did her Bachelors and Masters in Health care Management. During her own healing journey she went through the hands of a lot of doctors and therapists and was trying a long time to repress the symptoms with western medicine. The perspective of being a worker, an administrator and a patient in the system made her realize how sick the western health care system is, so she set out into the world and was looking for alternative healing modalities. Her healing journey brought her first to Mexico, where she started to work with different plant medicines and teachers which now brought her to Peru. By now, she realized to appreciate her sensitive body as a gift to guide her through life, she is a Kambo facilitator and also facilitates in an ayahuasca center in the peruvian jungle. She is super happy and grateful to finally being able to work in her passion again and being of service to others and herself. Just now in a much more holistic, balanced, and healthier way. She is always fascinated to learn something new and therefore is really grateful for all the beautiful teachers, physical and spiritual, that crossed her path. Because in the end, we are all just students of life, and we are never done learning and growing!
Edgar was born and raised in Chinchero and feels himself like a son of the mountains and spirits of the Andes. His aunt worked as a healer in the same house, so he has always been closely connected to the sacred medicine of the Andes. At the age of 16, his mother died, which led to him moving in with his cousin, Master Puma. There he was taught ancient healing methods and received his lessons from Grandfather. Since that time he has been deeply anchored in the Andean healing arts and now runs his own hotel and ancient tour company in Chinchero, where he teaches ancient wisdom as part of his offerings.
Marc was born in Texas, USA. He graduated from University of Houston, and worked as a technical recruiter in his early 20s.
Throughout his teenage years and until he was 27, Marc struggled with alcohol and drug abuse as a way to cope in western society, working 80 hour weeks, and even had near death experiences and incarceration. Marc had a rock bottom moment where he turned his life over to his heart and to spirit, has been healing, discovering, expanding, and walking his medicine ever since.
Marc started working with the Breath in 2019 to aid in deepening his meditation practice. He fell in love with the unlimited potential conscious breathing had on his whole being, and he dove deep to learn the different methods and healing potential of the Breath. He found Somatic Breathwork, which he used to help release and process traumas in his own body.
After witnessing mental, emotional, and physical healing in himself, Marc realized a purpose in his life is to spread this medicine to all who are ready to receive. He since has trained with Somat+IQ™ in Austin, Texas, USA, and Somatic Breathwork has become a staple of his offerings.

Schedule
On the day of arrival we start in a relaxed manner, arrive, get to know each other and let yourself be pampered. After dinner together, we begin the retreat program, a Kutti fire ceremony and the Daykeepers Rite to traditionally welcome you to the Heart Retreat and transform the first blockages from your energy field.
Day 2. Today the focus is on your inner world and your personal intention. We start the day with a shamanic medicinal herbal steam bath, breathwork and an accompanying water ceremony where you receive a Ñustas Huasancocha Karpay. You will then have a shamanic healing session for deep work.
Day 3. We start the day with a water ceremony, followed by a Kambo ceremony. In the afternoon you can expect a healing ceremony with a tree sound healing or a full body massage and we will work with energy medicine in the sacred and ceremonial space with the Pampamesayok.
Day 4. Early start to Qan Qan Lagoon and Ñustas Pitusiray, an absolutely magical place of power, a wacca of unconditional love. Ñustas & Apu Pitusiray open your heart to reconnect with universal love for the healing of our feminine and masculine primal power. The power of your own heart is initiated in deep trust. We go to a Golden Teacher ceremony on site and immerse ourselves in indigenous alchemy.
Day 5. We start the day with a shamanic medicinal herbal steam bath and a water ceremony. In the afternoon you can expect a healing ceremony with a tree sound healing or a full body massage and we will work with the Pampamesayok in energy medicine in the sacred and ceremonial space.
Day 6. Today we hike from Chinchero to Ñustas Poq Poq and Apu Antakillka. Ñustas Poq Poq is a source of untamed feminine primal power whereas Apu Antakillka opens the doors to the Golden Portal for us. A Ñustas Poq Poq water ceremony awaits you on site and we immerse ourselves with the Golden Teacher in the powerful medicine of these wonderful spirits followed by a fire ceremony.
Day 7. We start the day with a shamanic medicinal herbal steam bath and a water ceremony. In the afternoon you can expect a healing ceremony with a tree sound healing or a full body massage and we will work with the Pampamesayok in energy medicine in the sacred and ceremonial space.
Day 8. Traveling to Pacchanta upon arrival we receive the powerful energy of Apu Ausangate and the Hot Springs. Acclimatization at 4200 meters.
Day 9. Moderate hike from Pacchanta to the 7 lagoons and Ausangate, despacho ceremony. In the afternoon we go to our camp at 4500 meters and go into the night with a fire ceremony directly at Azul Cocha and Ausangate.
Day 10. Moderate hike to Tika Cocha Lagoon and Ayangate. On site we connect with the sacred spirit of the lagoon with a Golden Teacher ceremony. In the afternoon we return to Pacchanta and nourish ourselves in the hot springs.
Day 11. Today we dedicate today entirely to integration and co-creation with the hot and cold springs of Pacchanta. In the afternoon we drive back to the retreat center and let ourselves fall into the flow of abundance and inspiration and work with energy medicine in the sacred space with the Pampamesayok.
Day 12. We start the day with a shamanic medicinal herbal steam bath and a water ceremony. In the afternoon, a healing ceremony awaits you and we work with the Pampamesayok in energy medicine in the sacred and ceremonial space.
Day 13. We start the day with a shamanic medicinal herbal steam bath, optionally in conjunction with a Golden Teacher Microdose and an accompanying water ceremony in co-creation with the Pampamesayok. We then begin to dream your future into existence. Manifestation through knowledge and communication.
Day 13. Today we celebrate together a powerful ceremony with the medicine that has come back to you and anchor it in your future with a Pachamama earth altar and a rebirth and manifestation ceremony at Kinsacocha in Paru Paru. Abundance Flow!
Day 14. After our daily shamanic morning practice, we create a closing ceremony together and let the retreat come to a loving end.
All meals are prepared organically and vegetarian, of course also vegan upon request.

natural pool beneath the Waterfall.

Arin is a charming smal village between Urubamba and Pisac about 1 hour from Cusco.
It is located right below Ñustas Pitusiray, Ñustas Arin, Ñustas Huasancocha and Apu Huamancoque at the mountainside embedded in nature with a Quite enviroment, the sound of the waterfall and a
natural pool beneath the Waterfall.
