Retreat Highlights

  • Certification
  • Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
  • Personalized guidance and small group mentorship
  • Yogarituals follows the ancient method of direct transmission — where learning happens through rhythm, repetition, and presence.
  • Each training is intentionally limited to a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring a personal and guided experience.
  • The teacher-student relationship is central: it allows authentic transmission, hands-on guidance, and depth that cannot be reached in large settings.
  • Yogarituals is a field of practice where yoga returns to its natural rhythm. Founded between Tenerife, Italy, and India, it brings together ancient methods and contemporary somatic understanding, cultivating awareness as ritual.
  • 200-hour Hatha–Vinyasa–Mindfulness Yoga Teacher Training
  • This 14-day immersion invites you to deepen your practice and become a confident, grounded, and compassionate yoga teacher.
  • Rooted in the traditions of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Mindfulness, the training integrates asana, pranayama, philosophy, meditation, and teaching methodology.
  • You will learn to teach with authenticity and clarity, combining the discipline of alignment with the fluidity of intuitive movement.
  • Each day unfolds through guided practice, study, and reflection — an exploration of form as a doorway to stillness.
  • The curriculum also includes the Introduction and Practice of the Ashtanga Half Primary Series, offering a structured foundation that refines alignment, builds strength, and cultivates steady focus within your daily discipline.
  • This course is for you if:
  • You wish to become a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) grounded in embodiment of two style Hatha and Vinyasa with integration of mindfulness
  • You seek a comprehensive understanding of Hatha, Vinyasa, and introduction of Ashtanga Half Primary
  • You value small group mentorship and direct guidance from experienced teachers
  • You want to deepen your personal practice and your connection to breath, rhythm, and stillness
  • You are ready for transformation through discipline, awareness, and community
  • You long to live yoga beyond the mat — as a way of perceiving and being
  • What makes this training special
  • Yogarituals’ 200-hour training prepares you to teach from day one — rooted in confidence, ethics, and embodied understanding.
  • Small groups
  • Yogarituals limits each training to 8 students to preserve the intimacy of the teacher–student relationship and ensure personalized mentorship.
  • Exceptional teachers
  • Lavinia and Rajeshwor are devoted yogis and long-time disciples of Guru Ji Sri Jeetanand, having lived and studied in Rishikesh in traditional lineage-based training.
  • They share not only methods but presence — transmitting yoga as a living state of awareness.
  • Lifelong community
  • By joining Yogarituals, you become part of a global sangha — a circle of practitioners who continue to grow, share, and support one another.
  • After-course support
  • Graduates are invited to continue learning through our mentorships, workshops, and Karma Yoga opportunities in Europe and India.
