About this Retreat
Estelle proposes a vinyasa yoga, her sequences are creative and fluid, almost dancing, to the rhythm of the breath. Body and mind in total harmony. We'll set off on an inner journey with powerful moments of letting go. All this in the mountains, a place of pure peace and quiet, where you can disconnect from everyday life but above all reconnect with yourself and nature.

Her teaching is based on vinyasa yoga. a dynamic yoga class practised to music where she focuses on detail, alignment of postures, awareness of breath with movement.
You'll learn to control your breath and develop your strength and flexibility. Your mind will calm down and you'll come away with greater confidence and a better understanding of yourself.
Throughout the class, Laura makes adjustments to help you understand the postures better and become more aware of your body. The music is also there to help you free your mind and go further.
Laura doesn't see the practice of yoga in terms of goals to be achieved, but as a practice that allows us to evolve, grow, and enrich ourselves constantly.
Prosper is a former gymnast and national-level coach, now a sports educator and yoga teacher, with a passion for movement, the elegance of gesture, the mechanics of the human body, and precision of execution.
Prosper is constantly on the lookout for new and original content so that he can constantly evolve and rediscover his mind-body connection. Give to better receive. Serving others. Alex cultivates space for people to come home to their true selves through intentional mindfulness experiences. She draws on her knowledge and insights gained from trainings in yoga, yoga nidra, tantric meditation, and breathwork to illuminate the path to help awaken radiant self love, spacious rest and rejuvenation, and blissful inner peace. She believes that by tending to our inner garden our external world blossoms to its fullest potential.
