Hugely meaningful
This was a supremely meaningful experience with both psychological and spiritual depth. It was very well managed by the whole Confluence team — the organizers, the facilitators of the group sessions, and the providers at the medicine center. The setting in the high woods of Oregon was superb, the food outstanding. I am still integrating and digesting life-changing experiences that closely coincided. Compares very well with a prior psilocybin retreat I attended near Amsterdam.

A Gift of Healing Community and Growth
It's difficult to put into words how meaningful my experience with convergence Retreat

To begin with the facilitators were intentional with supporting our work for our journey. Before the retreat meeting helping us better understand set in setting and creating a safe space to do our personal and collective work

I came to the retreat to further explore spiritual development and vocational calling at midlife

The first journey felt like clearing way to go deep in the second. The grounding space the facilitators created help me experience interconnected healing with my other participants, as well as a deep sense of awe and appreciation for my own vocation and spiritual development.

I cannot recommend highly enough this retreat experience if you were looking for a safe place to more deeply know yourself and connect with others around you with the help of the mushroom medicine.

Confluence was a truly uplifting experience
I stumbled onto the Confluence website in the aftermath of the death of my partner. Although it had been almost 4 years, and I had done much grieving and processing already, I still felt heavy with depression and hopelessness. I had little expectation going into the retreat, I just wanted to find a new avenue for healing. What I got was a beautiful and revelatory mind and heart opening experience.

From the preparation process through integration, Myles and his team create a holistic container for self-discovery through psilocybin. I cannot recommend their program highly enough. For me, psilocybin turned out to be an incredible tool for healing trauma. I’m so grateful to Confluence for the structure, kindness and support they provided to make that happen. The Confluence retreat was without question one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.

Julie C
Confluence’s setting, location, facilitators, and thoughtfully curated daily program had a profound impact on my experience. Every aspect of the retreat fully supported my two journeys. Having the space and time allowed me to connect more deeply with myself and my intentions. Opening up and connecting with others was also essential to the success of my retreat.
Listening to my fellow participants—and being truly heard in return—created meaningful opportunities to connect and gain deeper insight into the purpose of my journey. There is something uniquely special about meeting strangers and forming deep connections over the course of five days. Allowing myself to be vulnerable with others ultimately helped me become more vulnerable with myself.
We came to expand and open our personal awareness, seeking connection through the medicine, while also finding it through guided group meditations and discussions, simple walks to our meals on a padded forest path, breathwork and yoga practices, and my favorite...forest bathing.

Absolutely Life Changing
My five-day experience with Confluence Retreats was truly life-changing. I arrived carrying years of unresolved trauma, hoping for healing—but honestly not knowing what to expect. What I received in those five days was more deeper and more impactful than anything I could have imagined. In many ways, it felt like I was given a year’s worth of healing in a single week.

The journey itself wasn’t what I expected… but it was exactly what I needed. Healing doesn’t always come how we imagine it will, and Confluence honored that beautifully. They create a space that allows your own process to unfold without pressure, fear, or judgment.

What makes Confluence exceptional is not just the retreat—it’s the care before, during, and after. The support throughout the retreat was unwavering, and the continued individual and group calls afterward are such a gift. Healing doesn’t end when the retreat does, and Confluence clearly understands that.

I felt completely safe, seen, and supported by Myles and the facilitators from beginning to end. For something that was completely new and outside my comfort zone, I never once felt uneasy. Instead, I felt held—with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

This was truly the experience of a lifetime, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Confluence Retreats to anyone seeking deep healing, clarity, and restoration. I will forever be grateful for this journey.
