About this Retreat

Have you ever felt disconnected from your body, like you're just going through the motions? Maybe you struggle to express your emotions or feel a deep longing for intimacy. You're not alone. So many guys deal with this, and it can be tough to know where to even start. As men, we often carry a weight of unspoken things, making it tough to connect with ourselves and the people we care about.
That's where I come in. My name's Trevor, and I'm passionate about helping men rediscover the power of touch, connection, and intimacy. I believe that when we're in tune with our bodies, minds, spirits, and sexuality, everything else just clicks into place. We can manage our emotions with more ease, build stronger relationships, and experience a deeper sense of fulfillment.
Through my group workshops, massages, cuddle sessions (yes, you read that right!), and individual/couples coaching, I create a safe and supportive space for men to explore themselves. We'll delve into the things that might be holding you back, and I'll provide you with the tools and resources you need to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
