About this Retreat
My given name is Oksana, my spiritual name is Porosha. I’m a mother, holistic expert, creator of the Active Healing Art Method Breath of Life Retreat as well as Latin fitness program. I’m a world champion ballroom dancer, breathwork, Yin yoga and Qigong master.
Having had an artistic/athletic path and twenty years of experience, I had to ask myself why I am here on this planet. I went back to the roots and studied ancient practices of China, India, and South America to understand my path on a deeper level. My mission is to share my knowledge that help's beings move the energy and open new doors and possibilities. Breathwork, Yin yoga and Qigong have been the most important practices in my career which have helped me achieve the better discipline, strength, creativity and productivity.
Details of this retreat
Breathwork - is a healing & transformative breathing experience. It is an inner journey and an energetic practice of cellular oxygenation and an emotional release. This is an opportunity to free yourself from stagnant energy and shed anything that you’ve accumulated so far that no longer serves you, such as: aggression, sadness, fear or tiredness. Also you’ll improve your lung capacity, sleep, mood, creativity, intuition as well as remove mental and physical blocks. This practice activates Ajna, our third eye chakra, which is responsible for the unconscious mind, the connection with our higher "Self".
The session contains the technique explanation, the practice of dynamic breathing done on the yoga mat in a sitting position, accompanied by live music playing indigenous instruments, integration in a supine position (Shavasana) and a sharing circle.
The immediate effect: euphoria, a sensation of an orgasm and eternity, no body no mind, a union with cosmic energy. You may experience a burst of tears, laughter, growling. And that’s totally fine, you are in a safe space with me ;)
Preparation: avoid eating two hours before your practice. Wear comfortable clothes, preferably light coloured, which provides the best reconnection with your higher guides. Be in a calm space, turn your phone off and lock the door in your room so no one can disturb you and you can have this time for yourself only.
The total duration of the workshop is 60 minutes.
Not recommended for pregnant ladies, those with cardiovascular problems, hypertension, injuries or recent surgery, any condition requiring regular medication, panic attacks, psychosis and seizure disorders.
