About this Retreat
Is a hypnotherapist, traveler, and adventurer. She has stayed at Osho communities in Finland, Spain, and France. She has organized workshops in tantra festivals in Ängsbacka, Sweden, Estonia, and Finland and has worked in a Tantra massage studio in Berlin.
Besides tantra, she has done courses in Non-Violent Communication and Radical Honesty. Her biggest passion is water work: she is Aguahara practitioner, aquatic doula, and baby swimming instructor.
Lisa is a multi-talented and disciplined woman. With a motherly energy she takes care of people like they are her children. She is motivated to push people through healing with a strong but loving force. Creating is also what gives Lisa energy. Especially creating a sacred space for healing which she has already done in multiple places. And also creating retreats and events that are connected to healing and music. With a background in guiding medicine ceremonies she knows how to create and hold a sacred space. Lisa works as an energy healer/teacher, yoga teacher and musician.

When we bring more awareness to our relationships, we can Learn how to use this connection to learn more about ourselves, our needs, preferences, attachment style, ways of communicating, and conditioning.
Through aquatic bodywork, authentic relating, tantra, non-violent communication and other conscious practices we learn how to be present, authentically express our true feelings, listen to each other with compassion and hold space without judgment.
This retreat is meant for couples who want to purify their relationship, bring more awareness in their way of relating, and experience more depth and deeper love in their connection.
AQUATIC BODYWORK
Every session is a unique journey.
Being supported eaterin flotation offers a space for a sensation of non-gravity, the immersions allows one to go into deep states of inner listening. Gently held and moved we can allow ourselves to let go of control, relax, surrender, revealing our purest selves. It might feel like a dance or massage, but you are being touched and embraced by the water, like in your mothers womb.
On a physical level, an aquatic journey stabilizes your breath rhythm, which promotes a rise of the level of oxygen in the blood. It enables better circulation, speeding up the metabolism, and detoxification up to the cellular level.
On a personal level, being floated, moved, and immersed allows one to dive into the depth of oneself, connecting with profound layers of memories and emotions, opening the doors to self-knowledge and self-healing through relaxation, presence, acceptance, compassion & integration.
TANTRIC EXERCISES
Tantra is the god in you and me, and the space between us.
Tantric definition of life is that all is sacred. So, it doesn’t really matter what you do, but how you do it instead. Finding gratitude and joy in each and every moment, each movement of yours. Even suffering and discomfort can be turned into something sacred and divine.
We practice many tantric exercises to learn setting boundaries, asking for what we truly need, taking responsibility for our actions and holding space for each other’s emotions. We will be exploring our bodies, listen to our impulses, acknowledge our feelings and work on letting go of attachment and the constant need for improvement.
Discovering the inner feminine and masculine sides. Finding tools to the immature masculine, wounded masculine and feminine sides of you to support each other to heal and mature. Learning tantric massage & tantric, meditative lovemaking with your partner.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Beside the many aquatic and tantric activities, we also work with movement through aquatic contact dance and ecstatic dance with live professional DJ.
We use (cacao) ceremony to connect to our hearts, open our hearts and set intentions individually and as a couple.
Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breathwork) to find inner peace and release energy such as stress & tension.
Hypnotherapy to change limiting beliefs and conditioning in the subconscious mind.
Energy healing to learn how to work on the energetic layer of the body.
There will also be some free time for you to enjoy. You can use the sauna, pool or simply hangout and connect with each other
