*Sundays are off days for resting. We host an Ecstatic dance that our students get guaranteed free entry during the YTT
-Eligibility criteria
*The applicant should understand basic English as the teacher training course is conducted in English language
*Some prior experience or knowledge of yoga is recommended- although beginners are also welcomed (option to be awarded with a 'Foundations in Yoga' certificate for those not ready to become teachers).
*The applicant should be in good physical condition. The training can be challenging with 2 practical yoga classes a day.
*100% attendance at all classes is mandatory. Participants must follow the timetable and attend all sessions and activities
