About this Retreat
Kim is originally from Belgium but has been living in Taiwan, India & Costa Rica over the past year. She helps students overcome trauma, stress, and anxiety through yoga. She lives by the mantra «Grow every day.»
With a background in contemporary dance, Kim has firsthand experience with the challenges of anxiety and
high-pressure environments. Through yoga, she finds confidence, resilience, and self-love, and now shares
these transformative benefits with others facing similar challenges.
Certified with over 200 hours in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Hatha, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Holistic Healing with Sound,
and Mindfulness Meditation. Her breath-centered, traumainformed approach fosters a safe, nurturing environment
for healing & self-discovery.
Neil is originally from Austria and is dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental health of his clients. With a background in Nutrition Science, Sport Science, Yoga, Life Coaching, and Habit Changing, Neil combines his expertise to promote holistic wellness. He just finished a 200Hr yoga course in India.
He believes in the power of consistent action and a growth mindset to achieve lasting change. Guided by his favorite
mottos, «Consistency over Intensity» and «Well done is better than well said,» Neil aims to inspire a positive chain
reaction of health improvements.
