I’m a movement lover, so we’ll move in many different ways.
Some of the practices you can expect during the retreat days are:

Morning Meditation, Sensual Yoga/Pilates, Feminine Embodiment, Sensual Dancing, Women’s Circles, Sacred Rituals, Magical Excursion, Free-time, and a Cacao ceremony.
