🌀 Ceremony & Retreat Flow
🌱 Day 1 — Arrival & Kambo Ceremony
Arrive, settle into the space, and begin your retreat by slowing down and preparing your body and mind.
The day includes a Kambo ceremony, traditionally experienced as a powerful cleansing and purifying practice.
After the ceremony, you will have time for rest, nourishment, and integration.
🔥 Day 2 — Bufo Alvarius & Restorative Yoga
The second day is dedicated to deep inner exploration and surrender.
The Bufo Alvarius ceremony offers an intense and profound experience of expanded awareness and connection.
Later, we create space for grounding and integration through Restorative Yoga with Live Music — a gentle practice designed to encourage relaxation, stillness, and nervous-system grounding.
🌌 Night 3 —
Gratitude Ceremony & Ayahuasca Ceremony
We begin the day with practices that prepare the body and heart for the evening journey.
Gratitude Ceremony + Mangrove Movement
A sacred dance between body and heart — allowing movement to become a pathway toward freedom, presence, and expression, while gratitude invites us to honor the journey.
At night, we enter a deeply guided Ayahuasca ceremony, accompanied by live acoustic medicine music.
A space for introspection, emotional exploration, connection, and remembering what truly matters.
🌌 Night 4 — Ayahuasca & Xanga Integration
The fourth night offers an opportunity to deepen the retreat experience.
Through another Ayahuasca ceremony, we create space to explore the insights, emotions, and awareness that have emerged throughout the previous days.
Xanga may be incorporated as part of the ceremonial experience and integration, according to the retreat’s preparation and safety guidelines.
The intention is to create space for reflection, surrender, and a deeper connection with your inner path.
🌿 Day 5 — Integration & Departure
The final day is dedicated to slowing down and integrating.
We create space to rest, reflect, share experiences, and identify the insights you want to carry forward after the retreat.
Integration is not the end of the journey — it is where the transformation begins to become part of everyday life.
After our closing circle and integration practices, you will prepare for departure with time to reconnect with the outside world from a more grounded and conscious place.
