About this Retreat
Hi, I'm Dale,
My journey into leadership coaching began with a Master's Degree in Human Kinetics, but it didn't stop there. I've always been fascinated by the intricacies of human interaction, which led me to pursue certifications in Executive Coaching, Yoga, and Emotional Intelligence Testing. You see, I had witnessed too many toxic conversations in workplaces, and I knew there had to be a better way.
That's when I co-founded ConsciousLead. Now, I pour my heart and soul into guiding people towards better living and leadership.
My approach? It's a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience. I'm passionate about fostering healthy workplace relationships and preventing those toxic conversations that can derail even the best teams.
Hi, I'm Jill,
My story is a bit different—it's rooted in nature, quite literally. For 23 years, I've been immersed in the world of wellness and floristry, developing a deep, intuitive connection with the natural world. I'm an NLP Practitioner, but my true magic lies in what I call the Flowerscape approach. Imagine using the power of flowers to guide personal growth and leadership development. My spiritual bond with nature has led me to innovative ways of fostering personal and professional growth. Through my unique perspective, I bring a touch of magic to leadership development.
Hi, I'm Trevor,
My story began with a decade of world travel. Picture this: a young man, backpack on his shoulders, setting off to explore the globe. Little did I know that this adventure would lead me to the root of my purpose and a deep understanding of what truly makes people happy.
Fast forward 20 years, and here I am, still on a journey, but now as a guide for others. As a father, poet, and co-founder of ConsciousLead, I bring fun, directness, and empathy to my coaching. My mission? To unravel human truths and foster growth and joy in leadership. Whether we're diving into conscious, results-oriented development or exploring the lessons I've learned from my travels, we're here to help you discover your own path to fulfilling leadership.

The Science Behind the Retreat
▶ Recent studies in environmental psychology and neuroscience have shown that exposure to nature can reduce stress, improve cognitive function, and enhance creativity - all crucial elements of effective leadership. Our retreat combines these benefits with proven leadership development techniques, creating a synergistic effect that accelerates growth and insight.
▶ Research on embodied cognition suggests that physical experiences (like flower arranging) can concretize abstract concepts, making leadership principles more tangible and memorable. By integrating nature-based activities with leadership training, we're leveraging cutting-edge understanding of how the brain learns and adapts.
