Trevor Stevenson is a dad, partner, coach, and guide whose leadership journey began long before boardrooms and coaching circles. It all started on a big farm, where teamwork, responsibility, and showing up for others were not concepts, but daily practice. That had its blessings, but also its inherent challenges.
This led to a decade of world travel, self discovery and global guiding. Over the past 21 years, Trevor has built and led purpose-driven organizations, co-founding ConsciousLead in 2004 with his wife, Dale, and later founding FUNdaMENtal and Adventure Coaching Experiences to support men and leaders in becoming more grounded, capable, and human.
What makes Trevor wild, wonderful, and unique is the way he blends depth with play. He brings the wisdom of global travel and adventure guiding — from overland expeditions to ocean crossings — together with emotional intelligence, humour, and an unwavering belief that growth does not have to be heavy to be meaningful. Trevor creates spaces where people can tell the truth, reconnect with themselves and each other, and remember that leadership is not about dominance or perfection, but responsibility, relationship, and care.
At the heart of Trevor’s work is a commitment to non-harming leadership, helping people reduce the harm they experience and create, while increasing clarity, courage, and connection. He believes every person carries a story that shapes how they lead, and that with awareness, curiosity, and support, those stories can be rewritten.
Trevor’s mission is simple and deeply lived: to help people improve their results, hurt less, and have more fun along the way. As a proud father of two sons, his work is both professional and personal, rooted in the hope of creating a world where men lead with heart, accountability, and humanity, and where future generations inherit healthier ways of being.
