About this Retreat
Jiya Julia Randall is a sacred spaceholder, teacher and mentor with over ten years experience working with groups and individuals who wish to simply live more fully. She is an ERYT-500 level yoga teacher with over ten years experience, and founder of Kula Collective, offering yoga teacher trainings, retreats and ceremonies at sacred locations worldwide, as well as Kula Maya Boutique Hotel in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. She specializes in shamanic creativity, women’s empowerment and personal transformation with a focus on self love, authentic expression and connection to nature.
Jiya’s work centers on the consistent invitation for students to explore their own experience. From this place, she is able to understand the process of healing from a personal, unique standpoint, calling on many rich and varied techniques to bring the entire being back into balance. Jiya has been living and working in Latin America since 2009, and is currently focused on her retreats, as well as finishing her book based on her international body of work with women, Sovereign.
Jiya is also a talented musician and artist with a penchant for songwriting and poetry, with music released on all major platforms. Jiya’s free-flowing source of creativity and vibrant energy are an inspiration to many. Her writing, songwriting, creative problem solving, visioning and poetic teaching style capture the communal spiritual journey and inner revelation. With a strong practice rooted in Bhakti yoga, japa meditation, precise healing alignment and spiritual creativity, she is a walking, dancing invitation to explore beyond the boundaries we create for ourselves.
