To restore balance, I turned to daily yoga and mantra practice. I quit alcohol, undertook long yogic purification rituals, and committed fully to advanced Kriya Yoga. That path led me to India, where I received Sannyasa initiation through the Bihar School of Yoga. It was a profound shift. I let go of fear, left behind the corporate world, and surrendered to a life rooted in self-love, purpose, and gratitude. I knew I wasn’t alone. Many others were also searching for a new way of being. That’s why I created Shakti Retreat Center, that later became Shakti Awakening retreats. At Shakti, we offer from 3 to 14-days healing and awakening retreats. I guide the daily morning mantra chanting meditation, a practice I’ve lived and breathed for two decades. This ancient Tantric method—Sanskrit mantra repetition—transforms the subconscious mind. It changed my life. It will change yours.
