Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
-About the course
The time during the intensive training will be grounded in meditation and applying the philosophy and practice of yoga to your daily life. Each student will have the opportunity to practice teaching small groups. This transformative 15-day intensive will open doors of perception and catalyze shifts in the way you relate to yourself, each other, and your yoga practice.

This course will include daily yoga and meditation practice, asana and pranayama labs, and a variety of workshops designed to help you gain the knowledge and confidence to lead students in asana classes and workshops of your own.

-Preparing
The most important thing you can do to prepare for this intensive is to cultivate your personal yoga practice. You will need to spend time on your mat. Just spread out your mat and explore what feels good in your body. Set aside 15 minutes every day for the practice of yoga.
