Details of this retreat
Imagine stepping into a sanctuary where time slows down, and the gentle rhythms of nature guide you into a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you. Welcome to Slow Flow Retreats, where the ocean’s whispers and the mountain breeze carry the ancient wisdom of healing and renewal. This isn’t just a retreat; it’s a journey into the heart of personal transformation.
Founded by Susan Plant, a compassionate guide who embodies kindness and openness, Slow Flow Retreats is designed for women seeking to reconnect with their inner selves, release the weight of daily life, and embrace the beauty of holistic healing.
At the core of Slow Flow is the belief that life is a sacred, lifelong journey of exploration, and each retreat offers the space to pause, reflect, and evolve. Set amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Tenerife and La Gomera, participants are invited to rediscover their true essence, guided by the nurturing flow of nature and the expertise of skilled facilitators.
Each retreat is thoughtfully curated with activities that flow, to release stagnation and spark joy; that slow, to soothe the nervous system and create calm; and that go deeper, to unlock new perspectives and self-awareness. Whether you are sailing on the pristine waters of the Canary Islands, hiking through UNESCO-protected forests, or practicing yoga under the morning sun, Slow Flow promises a sacred space for healing, connection, and growth.
Here, women from all walks of life are embraced by a Healing Collective, where shared stories, laughter, and moments of vulnerability create bonds that last long after the retreat ends. Slow Flow isn’t just a retreat—it’s a community, a movement, a return to what matters most: you.
As you embark on this journey, you’ll discover not only the beauty of the world around you but the beauty within yourself—your strength, your peace, your flow.
