About this Retreat
Dröl-ma Conejero Vila has professional studies in contemporary dance and did research on the therapeutic action of dance and movement. She is a comprehensive yoga teacher and is also a practitioner and student of Tibetan Buddhism, with a regular meditation practice for four years. She also works as an emotional well-being workshop leader.
Venerable Paloma Alba is a Buddhist nun and teacher. In 1986 he received ordination from His Holiness the Dalai Lama in India after a period of intense practice and study of Buddhism in India. His main teacher is Kyabje Zopa Rinpoche. Since her ordination she has actively collaborated in the FPMT Centers of Spain as director and spiritual Coordinator. She was Coordinator of the Latin American Centers and member of the Senior Council of the International Mahayana Institute (IMI). Founding member of the Transcendence Interfaith Forum. He has given courses and conferences both in the Centers of Spain and in Mexico and Colombia. He has collaborated in the translation and editing of several Buddhist books. Translator of Lama Zopa Rinpoche.
She is currently the Spiritual and Online Program Coordinator of the Nagarjuna Center in Valencia.

The retreat is a special occasion because we will have the visit of venerable Paloma, a Buddhist nun with more than 40 years of experience in spirituality and Buddhist study.
Under the names of Love, Kindness and Compassion, in the retreat we will develop a deep understanding and integration of the values and qualities that make us human and that lead us to happiness and connection with the people around us.
The retreat will consist of classes, classes, meditations, yoga, discussion groups and mountain walks, as well as optional purification practices.
The food will be vegan, gluten-free and organic, provided by one of the best restaurants in the area, 'La Cuina', for an exquisite experience.
