About this Retreat
Jana is a seasoned yoga teacher from the Czech Republic with a dedicated practice spanning over two decades. Specializing in vinyasa and yin styles, she has honed her skills through rigorous training, including 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT). She equipped with the knowledge and expertise to guide students of all levels. Her classes are designed to promote flexibility, strength and inner peace.
Leilei is a dedicated yoga teacher with 8 years of experience, Committed to guiding students toward a deeper connection with their bodies and minds. Certified through House of Om, She has a proven track record of working with students of all levels, creating a welcoming and inclusive space for yoga practitioners. She is knowledgeable in anatomy, alignment, and breathwork techniques. With a focus on creating challenging yet accessible sequences, She helps students deepen their practice and cultivate greater health and well-being.

The retreat offers daily sunrise and sunset yoga classes. Not only that, but guests are free to do optional voluntary activities aside from yoga. During the retreat, you will also get to tour the town of Kudat.
