Oriane is passionate about health and helping people live a better life.
Practicing and teaching yoga for more than 20 years whilst living a Yogic way of life, Oriane can help you with your daily approach to balance, mindfulness and appreciation.
Oriane is an Advanced Yoga teacher, Certified by Yoga Alliance. She teaches Dharma Yoga, Ashtanga and vinyasa flows, Yin Yoga, Strength & Flexibility classes as well as Yoga Nidra.
As a Certified Integrative Health Coach and Yoga instructor, she offers coaching that supports people to embrace a healthy life style to enjoy more energy, reduce stress and maintain their healthy weight.
She conducts interactive workshops to corporates, group sessions, or one on one, all of which are followed up with personal individual recommendations and tools to optimise tangible results.
She is a speaker at fund raising and health events, organises culinary events and well- ness retreats.
