11:30 - Brunch: A nutritious and delicious meal prepared with fresh, local ingredients to recharge your energy.
13:30 - Mindfulness Walk: In harmony with nature, this mindful walk offers an opportunity to slow down and be fully present in the surroundings, allowing the mind to relax while the body moves. - Alternative if rainy: Natural face mask.
16:00 - Breathing Session: Guided breathing techniques to promote mental and physical detox, helping to release blockages and reduce anxiety.
17:00 - Gratitude Circle: Closing the day with a collective gratitude practice. A moment to reflect on what we value and express our appreciation, creating a space for connection and positivity.
18:00 - End of Retreat: We close the retreat with a sense of peace, lightness, and renewal, ready to return to daily life with a fresh perspective.
Optional: 20 mn back massage before lunch or at the end of the day.
