Be guided by someone who has personally navigated self-doubt, shame, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and depression—someone who has experienced multiple long Buddhist silent retreats, spent time studying shamanic practices, and is currently training in Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté. Through the safe and supportive use of somatic and daily practices, this journey supports you in uncovering deeper layers of self, fostering emotional balance and authentic connection.

What to Expect
Setting Intentions
Before our first session, you’ll receive a reflection guide to help clarify your intentions. This step invites you to explore what you’d like to focus on during the journey.
Week 1: Establishing Your Practice
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, refine your goals, and co-create a daily practice—such as mindful movement, breathwork, or journaling—that feels aligned with your needs.
Weeks 2–4: Weekly 1:1 Sessions
Each 90-minute session is tailored to what arises naturally for you.
Depending on your needs, we might explore:
- Somatic experiencing to connect with your body and process emotions
- BBTRS Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma-informed for deeper emotional release and integration
- Compassionate Inquiry: A psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté (I am currently in training for this method)
- Presence and reflection to help you navigate challenges with clarity
