Tamara is a trauma-informed systemic coach, specialized in the method of family constellations. Her biggest passion are tools that bring long-lasting relief and healing to people’s lives. In her 14-year journey of self-development, she tried several approaches - from the spiritual world to rooted science-based methods. Along the way, she collected tools that she now uses to empower women into their authentic flow of life, freeing them from past burdens and patterns. Her method is a combination of systemic constellations (family constellations, purpose constellations, inner child constellations, etc.), parts work, nervous system theory, and much more. She helps you bring the final relief into your life, to wake up every day, being proud of the person you have become and the life you've built, in full integrity and alignment with who you are. Liz has studied and trained in psychology and has 14 years of experience accompanying people in processes of change and healing. Her curious spirit and her work as a psychologist have led her to follow a path of constant learning not only to acquire work tools but also as a form of personal growth. She holds two master's degrees in Spain, one in Mindfulness and the other in clinical tools for patient care. Her curiosity and constant learning have led her to specialize in other disciplines such as neurolinguistic programming, coaching, art therapy and also in the discipline Yoga. She discovered yoga 20 years ago when she was studying psychology, she has practiced and studied practiced different lines of Yoga since then, finding her style through the years. She likes to guide her classes as an alchemical practice, using a wide variety of inspiring and effective techniques that can deeply contribute to our physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual needs. "My own path of healing and personal development has reinforced my life purpose, it has helped me work on my shadows. I have had the privilege of working with amazing therapists, coaches, and Shamans from whom I have learned and who have guided me in the process of becoming who I truly am. My work today is focused on mindfulness coaching, teaching Yoga and psychotherapy."

Oz has been on his spiritual journey of self-discovery for more than 25 years now. He traveled the world, studying with various masters of different traditions and lineages, while doing his inner work. On his path, he has learned many healing modalities and techniques, ranging from bodywork, and energy work, to working with different Shamanic traditions and plant medicines across South America including the Amazon. He also discovered the path of ascension as a journey to connection and embodiment of the higher self. This has helped him to open up and tap into deep spiritual wisdom and moment-to-moment guidance in his work with clients. Ascension is a path of raising vibration and consciousness, living from the heart, and healing every level of our being. By embodying higher aspects of ourselves (the higher self) it brings a profound level of self-mastery and connection. Oz brings two decades of experience with various plant medicines, both working with masters on himself as well as with clients. Through many years of practice, studying, and immersion into Shamanic traditions, Oz has collected healing tools for his toolbox. However, when finding 5-Meo-DMT put him in deep awe and it was instantly clear that this was going to be his medicine, the missing link he had been searching for on his entire journey. It is the medicine that can bring the deepest level of transformation when used correctly and in the right container. After learning from the best facilitators in the field, one of them Joel Brierre, he has since been working with 5-Meo-DMT for many years. As a part of his career, he worked with 5-MEO-DMT for Behold Retreats for 3.5 years, offering high-end psychedelic retreats. As Oz wanted to do this work in a less commercial and more spiritually backed way and after working with many clients, couples, and small groups individually, he founded Ascension Retreats. Oz’ mission in his life is to guide people on their journey of transformation and offer caring and safe guidance deeply embedded in an embodied spirituality. His three lead themes for his work are purity, safety, and highest intention.
