One night plant medicine ceremony

My experience with Atuk healing was professional yet homely and spiritual. Tao made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire time. The journey I had working with the medicine gave me insight into my own core beliefs about myself and how they influence my thoughts, feelings, behaviours and actions throughout my life. This has given me a reset on life, facing difficult conversations I had been avoiding and happily leaving the past in the past. The accommodation is warm, clean, tidy, well presented and welcoming, I felt as if I had stepped into a different country. Tao reflects the same energy, his kindness and openness to share his experience and journey helped to ground me and ease my nerves providing a sense of calm to the experience. I had time to reflect and relax after the ceremony and I left feeling recharged. It was my first experience working with the medicine and I would recommend it entirely. I was open minded and accepted what ever was recommended and I’m glad I did. The Kambo and Sananga are both medicines I would recommend having after the ceremony as a deep cleanse of the body and eyes. They were an added bonus to my experience which helped me feel refreshed and ready to face my family life. Thank you for my experience brother.

As for Tao, the kindest, the most gentle soul, i’ve met, thank you so much for the insights that you have given / provided me and the care and guidance you gave. Tao welcomes you as family and it felt just like home. Tao’s meditation room again is surreal and welcoming and the environment just takes you to another level of peace.

I recently attended a plant medicine ceremony at Atuk healing centre, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment I arrived, Tao provided a space that was incredibly warm and caring. He took care of every need I had, which allowed me to feel completely safe and supported during a very vulnerable process.
I was able to release a significant amount of stuck emotions and trauma that I’ve been carrying for a long time. I left feeling noticeably lighter and more at peace. I’m so grateful for this experience and will definitely continue to work with Tao in the future.

We had a 2 day retreat with Tao. We had quite cozy stay in his place, food was amazing - especially the fruits! During the ceremony I felt quite relaxed and joyful as he played many different instruments. The layers of sound were so rich and harmonically dense that it felt like every cell in my body was being tuned. It’s the closest I’ve ever come to a 'brain massage'. If you're looking for a profound energetic shift or a total reset for your nervous system, this is it. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time with Tao and the medicine.

From th very first contact, communication was great, quite clear and reassuring. He welcome me in his home and ceremony cabin with so much warmth and care. The space itself is beautifully prepared, clean, organized and filled with meaningful artifacts that naturally bring you into a respectful and sacred atmosphere connected to indigenous wisdom.
The ceremony is very well structured and thoughtfully guided. Before we began, Tao explained carefully what could happen, how the ceremony could unfold, and some of the possibilities. That level of transparency created a deep sense of trust and safety for me.
During the ceremony, Tao was fully present and attentive. He genuinely cared about my experience and did everything possible (believe me) to support me in feeling what I needed to feel. My journey wasn’t overwhelming or chaotic it was gentle and grounded and Tao explained me the reasons.
I’ve learned not only with the medicine but also with his life stories and with his path to this career which is really impressive.
After the ceremony, he was extremely caring and we had a really nice breakfast prepared by him.
If you’re thinking about sitting with any of the medicines, I would definitely recommend Tao and his place. It was overall a very pure hearted, organised and meaningful experience.
