‘My USP lies in having recognized that Yoga is an individual journey,
and it is necessary to gauge each student based on his/her body
type, build, strength, ability etc – and rely on exclusive feedback for
overall growth of the individual. Yoga is as much a mental and
psychological activity as it is physical. Those in it for the long run will
eventually realize it is a soul journey.’
Apart from that, I have helped clients gain strength / lose weight / meditate and connect with calm, promote harmonious breath work, and most of all, spread the joy & opening of yoga rather than make it a tiring experience.
