1 night Ayahuasca journey in Costa Rica

I had an amazing experience. Mar was a wonderful guide she always seemed to ask how I was doing when i needed it. She set a beautiful atmosphere in the Costa Rican jungle where she sings and plays music during ceremony. Puerto Viejo is a very chill place with beautiful beaches and kind people.

My first ceremony was a bit of a struggle for me because I had been repressing my emotions for so long. The second ceremony was very powerful for me. I had an incredibly Cathartic experience. I felt like i talked to God. I will remember it for the rest of my life. I experienced so much love and gratitude, its impossible to describe with words. If you feel like Ayahuasca is calling to you then I highly recommend it, and If you decide to go to Costa Rica with Mar then you will be in good hands. I can tell Mar does this because she wants truly cares about people and wants to help.

Viajé a Madre Diosa movida por una intención muy poderosa: continuar mi proceso de sanación personal. Ese que emprendí hace un año y medio cuando decidí tomar las riendas de mi vida y liderarme. Tras terapias individuales y grupales, medicación...
La presión del ritmo frenético y decadente de Europa, mantenerme cuerda ya era un logro. Sentí la llamada de la medicina como un paso natural en ese camino, y así llegué hasta Puerto Viejo.

Me crucé un océano con mi intuición como faro, aun sabiendo que en la casa de Mar había una gatita negra llamada Cacao… y yo con pánico a los gatos. Intuí que nada de aquello era casual. Debía atravesar todo lo que el destino me tuviera preparado.
Acondicioné mi cuerpo durante mes y medio: sin sustancias químicas, sin carne roja, sin café, sin alcohol. El lugar terminó de purificar no solo mi cuerpo, sino también mi alma.
Mis dos semanas allí fueron un antes y un después. Aquel entorno es pura magia: la selva, el océano, la energía del lugar y la presencia amorosa de Mar. Ceremonié con rapé, con kambo, con ayahuasca —dos veces— y con bufo. Cada una de estas medicinas abrió puertas distintas dentro de mí.
Mi segunda ceremonia de ayahuasca fue especialmente dura. Mar lo dijo al terminar: “Es la ceremonia más complicada que he tenido en mi vida”. Yo también sentí que atravesaba un auténtico exorcismo. Fue una experiencia extrema, difícil de explicar, pero absolutamente transformadora. No la relato como crítica, sino como un enorme agradecimiento: gracias a esa noche hoy soy mejor persona. La medicina sigue trabajando en mí, y continúo mi proceso de sanación con serenidad, con intención y con una abstinencia natural que honra lo sagrado de lo vivido.
Lo más complejo vino al regresar a Europa: volver a una realidad en la que ya no encajaba y que ya no resonaba conmigo. Pero es posible sostener la integración si continúas el camino con apoyo —en mi caso, con mi terapeuta— y con un compromiso firme hacia uno mismo.

Volví distinta: mi mirada era otra, mi rostro era otro, mi energía era otra. Había belleza, claridad y elevación. Y algo más: me reconcilié con mi asunto pendiente con los gatitos… y, sobre todo, ME RECONCILIÉ CONMIGO MISMA.

Amo a Mar. Amo aquel lugar. Y me siento eternamente agradecida. No sé si ella querrá recibirme de nuevo como huésped, pero a mí me encantaría volver. Lo cierto es que no necesita reseñas: su vida y su trabajo irradian una abundancia natural.
El primer día la escuché decir, con una sonrisa luminosa: “Amo mi vida”. En ese instante supe que estaba justo donde debía estar.
Mi alma hizo click allí. Y ese clic sigue resonando en cada paso que doy.

I had a most amazing experience with Mar. The place is so cool and cozy. She is welcoming and deeply insightful. The encounter with her was amazing and we had a great time after the ceremony as well. I also had a ceremony with her teacher and that was awesome as well. She is surrounded by beautiful people and she is super spiritual and goddess like. I would go back to her definitely. Very very highly recommended.
