About this Retreat
Nadia is a master-level shaman who focuses on the ancient practice of primordial shamanism. She specializes in guiding individuals to awaken and develop their innate gifts, communicate with the unseen world, and release trauma they are carrying.
Known for her heart-centered and feminine approach, Nadia combines energy work, sacred rituals, and intuitive guidance to help clients access their true potential and deepen their spiritual connection. Through transformative journeys and personalized teachings, Nadia empowers each person to heal, grow, and align with their life’s purpose.
Her areas of focus also include working with gifted/highly sensitive individuals, psychic readings, medical mediumship, death doula assistance, plant medicine communication, mentorship, men's work, land communication, and navigating PTSD.
My passion for yoga is met only by my passions for world travel and art. I was raised in Reno, Nevada by an artist Mother who always challenged me to view the world through a different lens. I attribute my love for Vinyasa flow and its endless combination sequences to my Mom, who instilled creativity into me at an early age.
After earning two bachelor's degrees from the University of Oregon I backpacked the world for one year, so far I have been to 21 countries and am always yearning for more. I came back to the States in 2009 and landed a job in San Diego as an Art Director/ Social Media Marketer. Although it was creative work, sitting at a desk all day was monotonous.
The spiritual, mental, and emotional connection yoga provided was the only thing keeping me sane in the crazy whirlwind industry of graphic design. In November 2014 I was hungry for more yoga, and I decided to pursue my RYT 2oo certification to deepen my understanding and practice. Over the 6 month course of earning my RYT 200 certification, I was humbled by the vast world of yoga.
It opened my eyes to new philosophies, techniques, mind-body connections, and experiences I never previously knew existed. "The more I learn the more I realize there is out there to know." I hope that from my classes each student will leave feeling an enlightened, positive energy, and a deeper connection with themselves.
Details of this retreat
Imagine arriving in Tuscany, where the rolling hills are cloaked in mist, the soft sunlight filtering through cypress trees that line the ancient paths of this timeless landscape. Here, amid quiet olive groves and vineyards, you embark on a shamanic retreat devoted to the sacred cycle of death and rebirth—a journey inward, as powerful and rejuvenating as the Tuscan land itself.
From the first morning, you are invited to release old identities and embrace change. Each day begins in a serene stone courtyard, where soft incense rises in spirals, merging with the fresh morning air. With the guidance of a seasoned shaman, you explore ceremonies designed to honor the end of old patterns and cycles, allowing you to shed emotional layers that no longer serve you. In deep meditation and ritual, you connect with what needs to be released, feeling as if you’re mirroring the ancient land’s seasonal cycles.
As you step further into this journey, the landscape of Tuscany becomes a reflection of your inner process. Walks through the vineyards and hills feel different each day—sometimes peaceful, sometimes revealing. Surrounded by nature’s abundance, you’re reminded that all things flourish, die, and return. In the afternoons, you gather with fellow travelers to share stories, exploring themes of release, grief, and the possibility of rebirth in a circle of acceptance and empathy. These moments are framed by breathtaking views of sun-drenched hillsides and distant mountain peaks that echo the powerful emotions stirring within.
Ceremonies take you deeper, especially in the evenings, when the sun dips below the hills, casting a golden glow across the landscape. By candlelight, you participate in guided journeys and symbolic rituals, allowing you to confront fears, memories, and buried truths. The presence of the shaman and the timeless energy of Tuscany hold you as you release these energies, welcoming the unknown, the reborn self that awaits.
Meals at the retreat are a celebration of life’s rebirth—a bounty of fresh, local Tuscan fare, symbolizing the nourishment you’re giving to your spirit. Imagine savoring warm, herb-infused dishes, homemade bread, and seasonal vegetables, reconnecting with the earth’s gifts. Each bite, each meal, becomes a ritual in itself, reminding you of renewal and of the life that springs up even after the deepest cycles of release.
As the retreat draws to a close, you feel a profound shift. In a final ceremony, you let go of what you have processed, releasing it into the vast, open landscape. Surrounded by newfound friends and under the watchful eye of ancient trees, you plant new seeds of intention, sensing the stirrings of rebirth within yourself. As you leave Tuscany, you carry with you a deeper understanding of life’s cycles, a readiness to embrace change, and a profound sense of peace—reborn, renewed, and prepared to move forward with clarity and purpose.
