Each day begins with a tranquil morning meditation followed by yoga in the beachfront yoga shala, allowing you to ease into the day with the sound of the ocean. In the evenings, gentle practices such as Yin yoga or Yoga Nidra invite deep relaxation and restoration. The day often culminates with a cozy beach bonfire under the stars, creating space for connection and reflection.
One evening will feature a heart-opening cacao ceremony accompanied by kirtan, offering a soulful experience to deepen connection, presence, and inner peace.
Beyond the yoga practices, you’ll be invited to explore the natural beauty of the region through immersive experiences such as a guided jungle walk, tubing down the river, and discovering nearby waterfalls. A visit to a local chocolate factory adds a sweet and grounding cultural touch to the journey.
