Our Teacher Trainings provide a balanced mix of yoga practice, meditation, spiritual activities, and personal growth workshops, set in serene and natural surroundings to foster deep transformation and relaxation.
7 am Breakfast. Coffee, Tea, fresh tropical fruit, oatmeal, smoothies, gallo pinto, etc.
8 am Sharing Circle, Lecture, Pranayama.
9:30 am Chanting, Asana Practice, Meditation.
12:30 pm Vegan Lunch cooked from the heart. Carefully selected meals to replenish your body & nourish your soul.
Cooking and nutrition discussions.
1:00 pm Relaxing time by the pool, self study, nap time, etc.
2:30 pm Lecture. The study and discussion of various practices, phylosophy, etc.
3:30 Asana Workshop, Anatomy , Practice Teaching. Working into the asanas, asking questions, getting feedback, practice teaching.
5:00 pm Guided meditation practices / Lecture.
6:30pm Dinner

Morning hikes, walking meditations, kriyas, cooking lessons, partner practices and other activities are also included in the program and are not mentioned in the above cronogram.
