7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Morning Yoga & Pranayama (Breathwork)
Flowing yoga to open the body and connect with the fluidity of the breath, followed by pranayama (breathwork) to release emotional blockages.
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Vegan Breakfast
Light and refreshing breakfast with hydrating foods like fruits, smoothies, and herbal teas.
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Water Element Workshop: Emotional Healing & Inner Child Work
A deep dive into emotional healing through water-inspired activities such as journaling, guided meditations, and inner child healing practices.
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch
Nourishing plant-based lunch with an emphasis on light, easy-to-digest foods that support emotional balance.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Water Ritual & Nature Walk
Take a journey to a nearby water source (like the lake or a stream) for a water purification ritual. Allow the natural flow to inspire deep emotional release.
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Authentic Relating Circle
A facilitated circle where participants share their experiences, deepen emotional connections, and practice vulnerability.
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Dinner
Light, nourishing dinner focusing on calming and cooling foods.
8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Sound Journey & Relaxation
Evening sound bath with soothing tones designed to evoke emotional healing and fluidity.
