"We either live with intention or exist by default". - Kristin Armstrong
Join us March 11th from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. to explore Living a Life of Intention. Together we will explore intentionality as an element of mindful living. We will discuss how intention plays a part in our lives and discern our level of intentionality. During our time together, we will create "intention boards" as a banner of our commitments to a Mindful, Intentional Life.
Let’s get our creative juices flowing together as we spend time imagining and exploring this compelling topic. We can suspend our inner critic and listen closely for the stirring in our soul. Let’s have some fun as we enter this circle of community with intention.
We will have glue sticks, magazines, poster boards and scissors. If you have anything with you that will enhance your experience, please bring it (scissors are welcome).
