About this Retreat
Details of this retreat
Asana as a diagnostic and corrective tool — practical sessions on how postures address specific issues (back pain, posture, joint mobility, energy levels) rather than just a general flow class.
Breath as medicine — pranayama techniques specifically framed by function: energizing, calming breath so students leave with a "toolkit" they can apply situationally.
Diet and Ayurveda basics — simple, practical nutrition principles (sattvic diet, eating for your constitution, digestion) that participants can actually use at home.
Rest and restorative practice — yoga nidra, restorative yoga, and the physiology of deep rest, positioned as an essential "tool" people often neglect.
Mind-focused tools
Meditation techniques as a toolbox —breath awareness, mantra, trataka/candle gazing).
Integration/bridging topics
Karma yoga and daily life — practical philosophy on how to carry the retreat's calm into work, relationships, and routine.
