Begin each day with Silent meditation , Mantra chanting and inspiring spiritual talks followed by grounding yoga practices, energizing workshops, and inspiring lectures that reconnect you with your inner light. Between sessions, embrace the magic of winter—enjoy refreshing walks in the crisp mountain air, snowshoeing through silent forests, or simply relaxing in the sauna or with a cup of tea.
Whether you’re seeking rest, inspiration, or a meaningful way to close the year, this retreat offers a serene sanctuary where you can recharge, reflect, and celebrate the season with presence and joy.

8am – Yoga asana class (Sivananda sequence)
10am – vegetarian meal
11am – karma yoga (selfless service)
12pm – lecture (no lecture on Sunday, Monday and Friday)
1pm to 2:30pm – sauna for women (only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)
2:30 to 4pm – sauna for men (only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)
4pm – Yoga asana class

Commencez chaque journée par une méditation silencieuse, le chant de mantras et des discours spirituels inspirants, suivis de séances de yoga axées sur l'ancrage, d'ateliers dynamisants et de conférences inspirantes qui vous reconnecteront à votre lumière intérieure. Entre les séances, laissez-vous emporter par la magie de l'hiver : profitez de promenades vivifiantes dans l'air pur des montagnes, de randonnées en raquettes à travers des forêts silencieuses, ou détendez-vous simplement au sauna ou autour d'une tasse de thé.

Getting Here
Directions
From Montreal-Trudeau airport (YUL), the drive takes about 1 hour 10 minutes.
By bus: take the 747 bus from the airport to downtown Montreal, then Autobus Galland from the Montreal bus terminal Berri-UQAM to Val-Morin.

Accommodation
Single rooms in the Lodge have a bed, a chair, shelving and a private bathroom, or a shared bathroom at a lower price. Double rooms have an armoire and a private bathroom with a shower. We also have shared rooms with 3 to 4 beds and, from June to September, a dormitory with curtained cubicles. In summer you can pitch your own tent on the wooded grounds. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 11 am.
