About this Retreat
Lana has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 15 years, with certifications in Anusara Yoga, Ashtanga Flow, and Somatic & Therapeutic Bodywork. Driven by a deep passion for breathwork and optimal movement, she has spent the past four years studying somatic-based movement therapy and Body-Mind Centering. Combining these disciplines with her yoga practice, Lana offers unique programs that guide her students to explore, challenge, and harmonize with their bodies. A strong advocate for yoga as a holistic lifestyle, she has led over 30 retreats and workshops, each inspired by different yogic philosophies. Throughout her career, Lana has collaborated with yoga instructors, artists, dancers, and conservation organizations to integrate these teachings into everyday life. For her, wellness is a wholehearted practice of compassion and mindfulness—toward oneself, others, and the environment—expressed through thoughts, words, and actions.
