By consciously working with our breath, we learn that this powerful tool, lying dormant and unused within each of us, can carry us through all the difficulties and challenges life brings us.

For 7 days, we will connect with the earth, sit in a tipi by the FIRE, cook our food over the fire, and create space to connect with ourselves and the horses.

We will embark on a small journey with the horses in the HERE AND NOW, feel the wonders of MOTHER EARTH, listen, and SURRENDER to what our hearts have to tell us – in the rhythm of the hooves.
