Stillpointe Silent Retreat

Cultivate Awareness and Enjoy Elevating Meditations
“Silence is the mother of truth.” - Benjamin Disraeli

Would you like to deepen your meditation practice and experience inner stillness?

Do you want to enhance your life and live with more peace and presence?

Join us for the Stillpointe Silent Retreat at our serene Sanctuary, a rare opportunity to step away from daily distractions and immerse yourself in the transformative power of silence. Inspired by our past Stillpointe retreats with Master Charles Cannon, the founder of Synchronicity Foundation and modern mystic, this retreat offers an enriching experience of High-Tech Meditation®, contemplative practices, and immersive stillness.

Though centered in silence, the retreat is held in a caring, connected, and supportive environment. Silence begins after the Wednesday evening meditation and continues through Saturday afternoon, ending at the Nia movement class. Throughout the retreat, participants receive guided sessions, gentle instruction, and opportunities for integration, creating a steady and nourishing container for both new and experienced meditators.

A Sanctuary for Deep Meditation
While primarily silent, this retreat also includes select moments of sharing and guidance. In addition, select video dialogues with Master Charles Cannon are woven into the retreat, offering orientation, reflection, and insight that help anchor the intention and flow of the experience.

Why Practice Silence?

Engaging in periods of silence can allow the mind to quiet, creating space for deeper awareness and inner peace. The benefits of such practice include:

Enhanced Self-Awareness: Silence creates a space to observe your thoughts and emotions without distraction, leading to greater self-understanding.
Mental Clarity: Stepping away from constant external stimuli allows the mind to reset, resulting in improved focus and mental clarity.
Emotional Healing: In the stillness, unresolved emotions may surface, providing an opportunity for acknowledgment and healing.
Spiritual Connection: Silence can deepen your awareness of the stillness within and connection with all that is.

During Your Time in Retreat, You Will:

☑ Participate in daily meditations with Synchronicity High-Tech Meditation®
☑ Engage in intentional silence within a caring and supportive group container
☑ Learn practical applications of The Holistic Lifestyle®
☑ Observe thoughts and emotions with greater spaciousness
☑ Enjoy time for quiet reflection and contemplative walks☑ Engage in gentle movement practices, including Yoga and Nia
☑ Optionally explore Wellbeing Services (available for an additional fee)

The Synchronicity Experience
At the core of this retreat is Synchronicity High-Tech Meditation®, a sound-based approach that supports meditation using precision sound frequencies. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this technology offers an accessible way to explore stillness and awareness.
This retreat also explores The Holistic Lifestyle®, a modern approach to conscious living that cultivates balance, wellbeing, and spiritual awakening in daily life. What Participants Say
Reflections from participants who experienced the Stillpointe Silent Retreat. Click a testimonial below to expand.

“Each day felt balanced and spacious.” — L.W.Sanctuary is the perfect name for this retreat center. I felt warmly welcomed by those who greeted us when we arrived and also by the beautiful setting of forest and mountains. The daily routine included meditation, yoga, and a sharing circle during which we also received guidance from the retreat leaders in how to increase our awareness of inner stillness and oneness. The days included time to walk in the woods and to simply relax and enjoy the butterflies, deer, and wild turkeys. Each day felt balanced and spacious. The food was excellent and the dining hall was beautiful with a round shape and large windows opening to the forest. The meditation hall was also in the round and meditation came easily. I'm thankful to the retreat leaders and all of those on staff who put their full hearts into making our time in retreat so special.

“The calm and peaceful atmosphere pervaded all parts of the center.” — T.B.My first visit to SRC for the silent retreat was a spiritually uplifting experience. The calm and peaceful atmosphere pervaded all parts of the center (inner and outer). All staff were consistently kind and helpful. I came away feeling grateful.

“I loved this place—it’s tranquil.” — N.N.I loved this place, it’s tranquil. I am hearing impaired and use hearing aids daily, and I chose the "Silent Retreat" to have a chance to fully disconnect—and I DID! Personally, I find the meditation system they developed absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended.

So relaxing
I was able to shut my phone off and be in the sanctuary space for a few days and it was so relaxing. Jim made delicious food for every meal. His flourless chocolate torte was heaven. Ben and Julie were very gracious and always checked in when they saw me to see if I needed anything. During the personal retreat there is plenty of alone time. I found a large field and journaled, napped, and read. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much

Restorative and Insightful
Friendly staff. A place where one doesn't have to always understand what's happening in order to have an experience that is beyond words (including these words).

Silent Treat Exceptional
I particularly love silent retreats. The first retreat I ever came to at the Synchronicity Sanctuary was a week-long silent retreat. I was drawn to it because it was silent. And it gave much more than I ever expected. Even though the recent silent retreat was a short one of three days, it packed a powerful punch. I was very aware of feeling even more connected to my fellow participants, to myself, and to Source...in the Silence. I felt connected to everything at a deeper level, at the level of essence. I am most grateful.

Excellent personal retreat experience
I really enjoyed my 3 nights at the Sanctuary. I scheduled my stay between organized retreats, and enjoyed the more private atmosphere that resulted. It was nice to have access to group meditation sessions before breakfast and dinner, as well as to use the many lovely spots available for solo meditation, both inside and outside.
The staff was lovely and I was impressed by all the little details of my stay that they got right, including my own personalized schedule waiting on the counter of my cottage. They give you full control over how you spend your time - a completely silent retreat, one filled with group sessions and wellness treatments, or something in between.
The food was excellent, and they even made accommodations for my diet (though I told them beforehand it wasn't necessary). Even the weather didn't seem too bad - despite a hot July, the temperature was rather pleasant under all the trees.

I felt my time at the Sanctuary was very well spent, and it's difficult not to fantasize about going back for another visit soon.
