About this Retreat
Jessica is the founder and co-ordinator of Spirit of Peace Healing retreats and is a certfied Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, 500hr Yoga Teacher and Yoga Nidra Facilitator. After falling in love with the Ayahuasca and Wachuma plant spiirts, she moved to in Peru in 2017 and has completed over 25 master plant dietas with Shipibo curanderos and participated in hundreds of Ayahuasca ceremonies. She has a long-term relationship with the Shipibo healers she works with and focuses on creating retreats for small groups which allow for the needs of each guest to be met as fully as possible.
Jessica has been a devoted student of Ayurveda and Yoga since 2009 and has found these philosophies and healing modalities hugely benefiical aids to her plant medicine journey and valuable integration tools. She offers Ayurvedic health consultations, treatments, and Yoga sessions to clients as stand alone sessions, in retreats, or as part of an integration process.

Details of this retreat
Six weeks of Ayurvedic health and lifestyle consultations and coaching to transform your health and your life.
Integrating Ayurvedic principles into your life can help with improving digestion, energy levels. mental focus and clarity, and management of existing health conditions, and can increase your overall feelings of wellbeing and balance in your life.
We'll be meeting online via Zoom or similar video platform for each consultation. In our first meeting, which will be for about two hours, we'll talk about your health history, your current lifestyle, diet and life satisfaction and wellbeing, and you'll receive a complete analysis to determine your Ayurvedic consitution and any imbalances that may be present. We'll meet again the following week where you'll receive a written report detailing all of the findings from the first consultation and some suggestions for simple diet or lifestyle changes along with suggestions for herbal medicines and body therapy treatments where applicable.
Following this, we'll meet weekly for the next four weeks to check in with how you're progressing and address any challenges you may be facing in making changes to your diet or lifesyle, we'll also make adjustments to suggestions or medicines where needed and add in more treatment suggestions as necessary.
Diet/lifestyle suggestions and treatments may include (but are not limited to): dietary changes, changes to the daily schedule and routine, addition of herbal teas, medicines and spices, simple self-care body treatments, aromatherapy, sound therapy, Yoga, meditation, environmental and colour therapy and fitness and exercise suggestions.
Your consultations and treatment suggestions will be unique to you and your personal constitution, lifestyle and health and wellbeing goals. Every effort will be made to ensure that any changes to your lifestyle are enjoyable for you and that the treatments and suggestions chosen will be those likely to have the biggest impact on your health and wellbeing.
Following these six sessions, further follow up appointments are available for $60 per session. We can continue to meet weekly, bi-weekly or seasonally depending on your needs.
