Tess is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) who has been teaching for eight years. Her approach blends somatic-based asana, restorative yoga, yin, and meditation, with a strong focus on supporting mental health, nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and those living with persistent pain.
As a yoga therapist, Tess takes a holistic approach, incorporating yoga techniques to support clients across their physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. She works closely with each individual to develop a tailored practice that meets their unique needs and supports their goals.
