We are convinced that the happiness that experiences give is much more lasting than the happiness that things give, that is why we have designed this Yoga and Wellness Retreat in great detail, with the aim of achieving the best version of yourself.

For three days we will accompany you with the double objective that, on the one hand, you disconnect from devices, get out of "the hamster wheel" of your possible routine, leave the autopilot mode in which you live and, on the other, cultivate mindfulness.

Learn to be more aware of how you think, your limiting beliefs, your habits... and even to laugh more!, in a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your emotions and connect with people with similar concerns to yours. Read More

stress to improve your life: "What puts me on alert" and "Listen to your body".
"How do you think, this is your life": Proposal for microchange to review limiting beliefs.
12:30- Conscious WALK through nature
14:00- Healthy LUNCH
15:30- Workshop 2: (1 hr.1/2). Proposal of micro-changes to be more aware:
Mindfulness; Detox digitally and optimize your time.
17:30- YIN YOGA session (restorative) with guided MEDITATION: "Attracting the good"
19:00- Healthy DINNER
21:00- Dynamics with group humor and inner growth

SUNDAY, May 11
09:00- VINYASA FLOW (Energizing Yoga) Session
10:00- Healthy BREAKFAST
11:30- Workshop 3: (2 hours). Discover 3 essential skills for
prevent and combat stress. Proposals for micro-changes and how to give them
continuity.
13:30- HEALTHY LUNCH
14:30- CLOSING CIRCLE. Space for final evaluation of the Retreat,
share experiences and learning, incorporate what has been learned and help
to set realistic achievable goals.

Directions

If you are flying into Madrid Barajas Airport, you can take a commuter train to Madrid-Chamartín Clara Campoamor train station. From there, even if you arrive directly by train, you have to walk 8 minutes to the bus stop "Cuatro Torres", number 724 that in about an hour and a half leaves you in Manzanares El Real-Iglesia.
