Rooted in the Moment: Finding Harmony Within

We are a brother and sister team working together to grow a healing community. We offer retreat spaces for intimate gatherings to reconnect and heal. In our retreat spaces, our intention for each person is to feel cared for, supported, and able to align with their true inner being. We offer differing modalities to heal and co-create together. |Heal-Thy Heart| has been manifested by our collective TRYBE through the efforts of us all seeking, searching, desiring, and passionately wanting our authentic selves to be reborn. We come together, reconnecting back to the heart space: the love center that is not led from ego or fear, but from spirit and truth. Our heart leads each of us back to a deepened connection, not just of the self but as a collective TRYBE. A hive mentality, safe container to learn from one another, to support the collective effort, and to work in unison for conscious awareness of harmony and peace. Through the heart we find divine reunion between the universal masculine and the earthly feminine. We align together as one. |Heal-Thy Heart| brings forth the awakening of change, the connection to Inner-standing our subconscious behaviors, and rewiring new neural pathways to unlock our greatest selves. There is a mass portion of our society walking through life asleep, not even realizing they have disconnected from their authenticity. We call them ‘Sleeping Giants.’ They have lost their ability to dream their own dream, fallen victim to being programmed by society’s deemed expectations, and allowed patterns of destruction to become a normal way of living. A very well-known ancestral path to healing is found in indigenous lineages. These practices gain access to unlocking our potential through plants and their wonderful healing powers. Using the benefits Mother Nature has for us, we can reach the inner child, the adult self and connect the psyche back in alignment. With the sole intention to evolve and progress forward, Mother Nature seeks to help its entire community, including the human beings of this earth. When we align our subconscious with the plants, the plants show us what we need to see, they help us learn what we need to learn, they teach us what needs to be taught, without morals, without understanding good or bad. Simply just to heal and evolve. Through a variety of ancestral modalities practiced at |Heal-Thy Heart| we will deepen our connection within, while learning how to reconnect with the world outside of us. Part of the work we are called to do will be done within our own space alone. Another part of our work will be done together as a community. In this way of internal and external work, we find personal strength in our own self-awareness and we empower beliefs in the collective we live amongst. We align harmony with our unique individuality and its place in the greater universal consciousness.
