About this Retreat
A seasoned retreat leader, Laura is looking forward to guiding you through your dynamic morning practices as well as leading optional meditation each day. She will also be facilitating the Tricky Asana Workshop, which will be a chance to explore some postures that need a bit more attention than there’s typically time for in class.
Laura has been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2015. She is also the owner of Croydon Yoga Hub. Laura holds a Masters degree in ‘Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology’ which has expanded her knowledge and deepened her interest in yoga as a spiritual path. She has also continued her yoga studies having completed over 1000 hours of training in a variety of styles including Ashtanga, Rocket, Mandala, Elemental Flow, Pregnancy Integration, Yin, Meditation and Pre and Postnatal Yoga.
Katharine can’t wait to support you through slower paced, nurturing Restorative and Yin classes as well as helping you find space and stillness through evening Yoga Nirda. She will be facilitating the Restorative and Yin yoga Workshop, giving you the time, space and support you need to turn inwards and really get curious about how you are.
Katharine's yoga and meditation journey started over a decade ago and remains a deeply spiritual and grounding force in her life. She is interested in lunar wisdom, Tarot, nature, spirituality from Celtic traditions of old, and she weaves these threads into her classes. After initially training in Vinyasa, Katharine studied with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, completing a Well Woman Yoga Therapy training, and has taken Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga courses with Melanie Cooper. Katharine is also a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a therapeutic practice in South East London.

Join us for 4 days of movement, breath, meditation, rest and connection, nestled in the serene countryside of Sussex, just a stone's throw away from the breath taking Seven Sisters coastline.
Your all inclusive 4 day retreat includes daily dynamic and restorative/yin classes. Time to meditate together daily and be supported into a blissful sleep with Yoga Nidra. Deep dive into your practice at 2 workshops. Connect with each other at our Circles and around the the bonfire. And enjoy comfortable, spacious accommodation and delicious food and snacks provided by our very own chef
