Each day starts with an early morning (usually 8 o clock) guided movement meditation (Movement of Being, Chi Gung) - on the land if the weather allows.
Afterwards, we prepare and eat a lush breakfast together.
Towards the end of breakfast, we check in with each other about how you are doing and how the rest of the day will unfold.
Then there is a break of about two hours - often used for walking the ancient footpaths around the mountain of Monsanto - or taking a rest in a hammock under the cork oaks.
After that, we meet for a session which may either be dedicated to diving into one of our Relational Presence practices, or we might simply make space for a theme or issue that is alive for you - which could take the form of a more formal couples' therapy session if that's what's needed.
We often also meet with you at a nearby natural sanctuary - a sacred setting for the deeper inner work.
Then there is space for private time for you to spend as you wish, sometimes with an (optional) personal inquiry question to guide you.
After that, we take our time to cook and eat a delicious vegetarian meal together.
In the late afternoon/early evening we sometimes come together for an evening program, or we suggest a relational presence practice to explore together - privately or with our guidance.
Or else, we watch the sunset together or sit by the fire in the evening, bringing Presence to whatever is most alive for you.
