Exploring how we can LIVE a true, embodied intimacy, not as a peak experience (though of course those are wonderful too) but as part of our daily life - that exploration has guided my life over decades.

There are some concrete, hands-on tools that we teach which greatly help to deepen connection - at the same time, perhaps the most powerful and central element is the willingness to not-know, to be fresh and in the moment with each other - and to be curious about what is being revealed, both about yourself and about your partner.

I've worked as a couples' intimacy coach and psychotherapist since '95 (and also as a developmental leadership coach since 2010). I've also taught trauma therapy, coaching and supervision in a great many different cultures and contexts spread out over the globe. I have learned from some amazing teachers and mentors - Tantra, Circling and the Diamond Approach are still important influences.

In my relationship with Mimi, a central element is the way we support each other's growth and healing - a beautiful and sometimes challenging unfolding that never stops. It's an ongoing coming-home, with each other, on this miraculously beautiful land on which we live.
