About this Retreat
Anand Rudra was raised in a Shamanic and Mexican esoterical culture by his father (Mexican Shaman and Spirita) and grandmother (Mexican Yaqui Indian Medicine Woman). He has been attracted to the esoterical and spiritual world since he was young. He studied shamanism, tantra, psychomagic, symbology, ritualism and sacred geometry.
Anand Rudra is an International Relations Lawyer; holds three master’s degrees in North American Studies; Mexico-USA Relations and Law and Economics of the European Union. He has also a Ph.D. in European Union Security. For the last 15 years Anand has lived in Europe, where he has designed over 150 different workshops on Tantra and Sacred Sexuality. He is a well-known specialist on Men´s Sacred Sexuality and a faculty member of the Connection University in the Netherlands. Contemporary Shaman - Shaman Therapist, who has developed a unique system using shamanism in her therapeutic work, author of the book "The Magic of Shamanism".
She learned the basics of shamanism in the 1990s during workshops conducted by Jonathan Horwitz at the Scandinavian Center for the Study of Shamanism. She studied with Jonathan for many years and since then she has taught shamanism around the world. Since 2008, she has also studied intensively at the Michael Harner Foundation for Shamanic Studies in the USA. In her therapeutic practice, she uses shamanism, Reiki, conscious breathing, visualization and visual arts. She uses each of these techniques as needed to help those she works with discover their own potential, experience transformation, and regain health and personal power. However, she considers herself primarily a shamanic therapist, and while she regularly conducts workshops on Reiki, Conscious Breathing and Personal Totem Pole, in private practice she mainly relies on shamanism. Over the last 20 years, she has conducted workshops not only in Spain, where she currently lives, but also in the UK, USA, New Zealand and Poland. In addition to workshops, she also runs 2-year Shamanic Training Programs.
She is a psychotherapist by profession, specializing in helping children and adults who experienced sexual violence in childhood. It was work with these people that led Arvick towards shamanism and other healing techniques, which she has been using and passing on to others since the 1980s. Working with this particularly traumatized group of people made her realize that traditional therapies, although effective to a certain stage, have serious shortcomings when it comes to healing past hurts and traumas fully, transforming lives and regaining power. In search of more powerful techniques, she also took up Play Therapy, NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis, and then practiced and taught Reiki, Conscious Breathing and the Personal Totem Pole visualization technique.
In 2007, her second book, The Magic of Shamanism, was published in the UK by the Book Guild. The book is also available in Polish version.
She also developed a therapeutic game called Discoveries, used to facilitate communication between children and parents, teachers or therapists in a fun and exciting way. The game was published in 2008 and is available in several language versions.
“In my therapeutic work, I am guided by the philosophy of regaining one's own power - this is the basis of all the techniques I use and teach to others. This means that anyone can learn these techniques and practice them on their own after workshops or therapy. Shamanism, Reiki, Conscious Breathing and the Personal Totem Pole process are very different techniques, but they are powerful and empowering to no longer depend on a therapist or teacher and provide the tools needed to grow, transform and reach for a life full of joy, love and freedom. I use each of these techniques as needed to help those I work with discover their own potential, experience transformation, and regain health and personal power. Awakened Shaman from France. She began her shamanic journey 30 years ago in Tibet, where she worked with many Tibetan masters. She developed all her senses with them through a deep experience of life to transcend her deepest illusions. She then worked with shamans in Peru and received many initiations during 15 years of intense work. She ran a Spiritual Center in France and an individual healing practice for over 10 years. In recent years, she has also experienced intensive work with shamans from the Egyptian desert.

Until we get out of a long shower after a hard and exhausting day of work, we do not fully realize how tense and sweaty we have come back home. We do it for the body and we feel the difference. Francoise shares shamanic techniques for cleansing the body/mind and releasing heavy energies and histories accumulated over the years. In shamanism, relationships with other people are an exact reflection of your relationship with yourself - although this is not always easy to accept. During the workshops, we work with awareness of relationships and getting to know ourselves without masks. We go inside ourselves to discover how we feel about ourselves, to experience it fully. Francoise teaches you how to give yourself true gentleness and what it actually means - I am you, you are me.
Changes in the world, creating new neural pathways, crossing boundaries
None of Francoise's workshops are the same. Changes in the energy of the world are gaining pace, which we feel more and more - we see how old and outdated patterns are falling and disappearing before our eyes. The energy of the workshop is reflected in the current energy of the world and Francoise teaches how to connect to it through deep feeling. The change that occurs when we decide to vibrate spreads like a wave in all directions, affecting our surroundings, family, friends and spreads in ever larger circles! trusting yourself and relying on your inner knowledge and intuition
Valeriy Topoev is a well-known shaman and spiritual leader from the Republic of Khakassia in Siberia, considered one of the authorities and bearers of the traditional culture of the Khakassian people. In teaching, he uses an original method that is a combination of shamanic knowledge, psychology and shamanic psychotherapy methods.
Topoev actively popularizes shamanic traditions, practices and rituals of the Khakas and shares his knowledge of ancient rituals and sacred Khakas customs.
Trained as an experimental physicist, he holds a doctorate in psychology and is a specialist in personality transformation and healing. He also works in ethnology, folk medicine, personality psychology, psychology of altered states of consciousness and suicidology. He has attended numerous scientific conferences on religious and mystical practices and shamanism. He has been using shamanism and archaic meditation methods in his life for very many years and has been a teacher of shamanic practices for 20 years.
For many years he worked as a psychologist-practitioner, using shamanic techniques in the process. In the mid-1990s, he headed the Psychology Laboratory at Khakass State University. He titled his doctoral thesis in psychology: The influence of the motivational factor on the formation of religious-shamanic consciousness. In 2000 Topoev moved to Moscow, where he continued to study shamanism. He completed an internship at the Russian Academy of Sciences, actively joining a research group, led by Valentina Kharitonova, studying the specifics of shamanic states of consciousness. He is the author of scientific papers on shamanism, as well as co-author of texts treating the psychology of shamanism. Together with Valentina Kharitonova, he has written many articles on altered states of consciousness and psychological aspects of shamanic activity.
Topoev is currently director of the Psychological Center in Moscow and runs a psychological practice using shamanic psychotherapy methods. He continues to research the specifics of shamanic states of consciousness. He gives lectures, seminars, trainings and workshops in various countries, including Germany, Poland, Latvia, Ukraine, Serbia, Georgia and Hungary.
He provides spiritual guidance and supports people through shamanic rituals such as cleansing, attracting luck, healing and communicating with spirits and forces of nature. The main goal is to teach people shamanic methods of personality transformation and healing.
Valeriy actively calls for respect for nature and preservation of cultural heritage, emphasizing the importance of harmony with the outside world and inner balance. He advocates a fusion of traditional and modern culture, which he believes helps adapt shamanism to modern conditions while preserving its essence.

Amelia Kinkade is a member of the Choctaw tribe and is descended from the Cherokee tribe. She runs the annual Sacred Harmony Safaris in Africa and assisting organisations who rescue elephants, lions, gorillas, cheetahs, penguins, white sharks and rhinos, as well as solving problems worldwide for tigers, primates, Asian elephants and countless breeds of exotic and domestic animals.

Shaman, Spiritual Guide
He is an heir to the millennia-old Mexican Wixárika tradition. He was born in San Andres Coameata. He dedicated himself to the path of the mara'akame at the age of 13. At the age of 25 he began to travel and offer ceremonies. At 33 he was able to crystallise energy and give healing sessions combined with crystallisation. He has visited Europe twice in recent years.
He maintains the vision of sharing Hikuri medicine with the rest of the world and keeping these ancient traditions alive. The title of mara'akame (man of medicine and sacred prayers) was awarded to him through the elders of his community in Guadalupe.
Musician, singer, artist and Temazcal host. Born in Mexico, he grew up in Cuernavaco Morelos where he received his artistic education, starting with theatre and drama, then continuing his studies in music and fine arts.
Since his early teens, he has been dedicated and actively involved in the preservation of Mexico's ancestral heritage, self-development path and consciousness techniques, guiding people through art, sound healing, perceptual learning labs, breath work and temazcal ceremonies. He has organised over a dozen Holistic Festivals in the Riviera Maya. He is a Sun Dancer as part of the ‘Fundación Cultural Camino Rojo’ and a lover of ancient culture and nature. He creates unique experiences for people so that they can feel their essence and reconnect with the nature from which we all come.
Cristian Chablé aka Caballo is a dancer and artist born in Villahermosa, Mexico, enchanted by Mayan culture from a young age. He explored different art forms such as visual arts, music, theatre, dance and movement.
With a deep love for Nature and culture, he embarked on a spiritual journey, discovering traditional Mayan dance and ancient rituals. For 10 years, he worked as a professional dancer in popular venues on the Riviera Maya in Yucatán, taking part in artistic & tourist events, films, festivals and cultural ceremonies such as Temazcal and Cacao. Through singing, music and dance, Cristian shares passion, enriching his experiences and participating in deep cultural exchanges.
Nofit Itzhak is a psychological anthropologist, holding a doctorate from the University of California in San Diego. She is a specialist in the anthropology of healing and of religion, and has practiced, researched, and written on shamanism and other therapeutic and healing practices for the past twenty years.
Her work on shamanism, especially on soul retrieval and soul loss, has been published in academic and popular journals. Her article, “Making Selves and Meeting Others in Neo-Shamanic Healing” has won the Society for Psychological Anthropology’s prestigious Richard Condon Prize. Nofit lives in Barcelona, where she works at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili as a researcher and lecturer. Previously, she was a lecturer at the University of California in San Diego, where she has taught classes in psychological and medical anthropology, focusing on such themes as religious, ritual and indigenous healing, therapeutic efficacy and process. She has collaborated with Arvick Baghramian over the past twenty years in creating training, courses, and other content on shamanic healing and practice. Throughout her career, Nofit worked with shamanic practitioners in Israel, Europe, and the United States.
Curandera, an extraordinary teacher and healer in the lineage of traditional healing from the Andes and Amazon rainforests of Ecuador. Ethnopharmacologist and ethnobotanist. She combines her scientific training with her curandero ancestral heritage to be able to bridge the knowledge gap between these two important worlds. She is the founder and director of the IAMOE Centre in Amazonia, Ecuador, which was created to protect the rainforest, preserve and promote ancestral knowledge and support local indigenous communication around the centre and throughout Ecuador. For many years she has been defending the legacy of the Great Amazon Rainforest for future generations.
Called Gata (wild cat) or Ube (anaconda) among friends and colleagues - because of her strong fighting spirit. Revered for her passion in protecting the rainforest, preserving the knowledge and traditions of her ancestors and healing people through the teachings of Curandero.
She practices and teaches Curandera (shamanic healing ceremonies), which she calls the art and science of curandera. This is knowledge she received through the lineage of her mother and grandmother, who were born in the Andes Mountains of Ecuador, a place where she was also born, at the foot of the Pichincha volcano.
She holds a PhD in philosophy and ethnopharmacology from London University College. She specialises in master plants for use in healing ceremonies and in healing. And also, in the use of plants as food and medicine, or in the art of weaving from natural plant fibres to make tools and useful objects. Her interests also include healing practices and ceremonies with hummingbirds, and research on ethnobotany and biodiversity. She offers healing treatments at her IAMOE centre in the Amazon region of Ecuador.
She has over 40 years of experience in fieldwork, research and working with indigenous communities in the Amazon and Andes regions. She has worked with ethnic groups in the tropical rainforest and the Andes in Ecuador, and in the Basque Country in Spain.
She is regularly invited as a speaker at events around the world. She has given workshops in the UK, Ireland, Portugal, USA, etc.

And from the extraordinary teacher Arvick Baghramian, who is a Contemporary Shaman-Therapist.

I have been playing music for dancing people for over 20 years. All this time I have cherished joy and satisfaction that comes from creating space for expressing oneself, having fun, releasing emotions, getting in a state of trans and forgetting about everything while dancing. Today however, owing to the knowledge and practice in the field of tantra and shamanism (acquired during Anand Rudra workshops), I feel much closer to ceremonial spaces and all practices of conscious movement rather than clubs filled with smoke.
I have been a part of Warsaw Balkan Madness, Global Diggers, Laboratorio Tropical and Nag Champa projects. I have always been fascinated by all kinds of compilations of ethnic, folk and electronic music. When I play my sets, I try to take listeners for a mystic journey around unknown corners of the world. Fascinated by shamanism and psychodelic culture I create a story which not only captures people and makes them dance but also helps them dive into meditation and have a deep look into their inner self. As a follower of tantra path I make sure that the music gently caresses the senses, awakening the body and soul to ecstasy and living life to the full.

Dj Ashirri, also known as MoonDeck, is a renowned DJ and producer. Ashirri began her musical adventure in Tricity, Poland. After two years of playing in local clubs, she was invited to the Underground and Utopia clubs in Warsaw, and after half a year of fascinating performances, Utopia offered her a position of a DJ in residence, making her the only female DJ in residence in Poland.
In addition to performing together with the best Polish DJs, Ashirri has performed alongside international stars such as Antoine Clamaran, David Guetta, Bob Sinclar, Martin Solveig, Funkstar De Luce, ATFC, Robert Owens, Philippe B and many others. Her unwavering determination in striving for technical perfection, unique musical taste and extraordinary connection with the audience have allowed her to perform not only in Poland, but also abroad.
As Ashirri's spirituality developed, she began to experiment with producing Ethno and Organic House music. In 2023, together with Marta Piechowicz, she released her first song in this genre, entitled "Water of Emotions". This mesmerizing composition showcases her ability to combine ethnic and organic elements to create a deep and emotional musical experience.
Ashirri's talent goes beyond her performances and productions. She has proven that she is an exceptional artist who constantly pushes the boundaries of her craft. SHAMANISM
Shamanism is one of the oldest spiritual and healing traditions of humanity that were present on Earth. Its roots go back to the beginnings of humanity and lie at the heart of every known culture. It is not philosophy or religion, but practical techniques, methods and beliefs, based on the ability to use the laws of Nature and Cosmos.
The word shaman means “the one who knows”, comes from the root sa – “to know” and comes from the language of the East Siberian Evenki. But a shaman is also “the one who searches in the dark.” Shamans are healers, priests, visionaries in communication with the world of gods and spirits. These are the predecessors of modern doctors, psychotherapists, psychiatrists and ecologists.
Shamanism itself occurred mainly in the tribal communities of Siberia and Central Asia, for which it was a fundamental factor of life. But elements of shamanism were and still are present on all continents of the world, as are the basic beliefs: the existence of two realities (visible earthly and invisible spiritual), similar cosmogony and belief in the Three Worlds: Lower, Middle – earthly and Upper, and the idea of the Cosmic Tree , which connects these three worlds.
Shamanic traditions share a belief in the existence of spirits and a spiritual world from which knowledge, power and healing come. And also the belief that everything that exists has a soul or spirit. The basic assumption of shamanism is the existence of the world of spirits, and a shaman is a person who can enter this world and cooperate with invisible powers.
For centuries, shamans have been maintaining harmony between the real and the spiritual world, between man and nature, healing, reading the future, and mediating relationships between people and spirits. They are a bridge between the earthly world and the invisible one, they mediate between the world of spirits and the everyday life of ordinary people.
According to shamans, everything that exists in nature is animate and has a soul. Minerals, plants, animals, rivers and even the entire universe have their own spirit or soul. Everything that lives is filled with energy and is connected to each other. We relate to energy to everything around us, not only with people, but also with all of Nature, which creates the Circle of Life. Shamanism teaches that everything is connected via an invisible energy network, everyone influences others, the surrounding world, other people, Nature and the Elements. No one is separated.
We live in a network of energetic, spiritual, social and mystical connections. Our every smallest move, every thought and decision introduce vibrations into this network, a new vibration. The natural landscape is Mother Earth and the Nature is sacred. Shamans can perceive and use the energy of stones, plants, mountains, rivers and animals in their practice. They assume the constant presence of the spiritual world in all manifestations of Nature.

Accommodation. The Center offers comfortable accommodation in originally finished rooms (2-, 3- and 4-person rooms, with or without bathrooms), in a spacious attic, in forest cottage located 100 meters from the main complex and in pavilion tents (for 2-3 and 4 persons) on a nearby glade. Workshop halls All year round we provide you with a comfortable 120m2 workshop room in the main building with professional sound amplification system; during summer we provide two workshop rooms in a 130m2 pavilion tent and in a 80m2 round yurt (also with sound amplification system) and a 40m2 covered stage pavilion. In addition, we offer a bright veranda-dining room, a massage therapist's office, fireplaces, large selection of movies and a multimedia projector, rich library, wireless Internet connection and cozy, homely atmosphere. We also offer unique attractions, such as a stone circle and stone labyrinth.
