Details of this retreat

Immerse yourself in this in-depth, in-person course exploring the profound benefits of sacred sound. As ancient wisdom states, "The knower of the mystery of sound is the knower of the Universe." Sacred sound, when applied consciously and resonantly, offers therapeutic and deep healing for the body, nervous system, and all aspects of your being. Sound Therapy, as a medicinal experience and ceremony, is an ancient, sacred art – perhaps the most original of all arts.

Sound is also a science, measurably altering matter. When practiced with intention and spiritual meaning, it becomes a conscious service, releasing low-grade energies held in the body and elevating our vision with generous presence.

In this experiential retreat and training, learn and receive pure, high-frequency instrumentation as tools for elevating consciousness in meditation. A Sound Bath is a form of harmonious, high-frequency holistic art that promotes listening, stillness, and the entertainment of clear communication and frequency, known as Nada Brahma.

Led by Swan Michelle, who has been conducting Sound Baths for thousands of people since 2012.
This program offers:

Deep healing Sound Baths for nervous system health
Guided Somatic Therapy & Quantum Meditations
Hands-on training in various sound healing instruments

Overview of the NCS-Neurochangesolutions Course by Dr. Joe Dispenza
Basic Harmonium instruction for beginners, including Vedic playing and mantra performance

"For the past 7 years that I have been going to Swan Michelle's Sound Bath's, she has provided an expansive container for so much personal introspection. Whether I am tired or amped, balanced or out of whack, I know I can just hit pause on the outside world at her sound bath. The sounds are so pleasantly resonating that they override all the thinking and worrying and planning inside my head. I deeply value being able to count on this experience with her as she has always provided a consistent opportunity to go deep, even when it feels like I don't know which way to go in life."
