Testimonials:
Michael brought fresh perspectives, ideas, and great tools to use in taking better care of myself.
Michael is at the cutting edge of yoga in America. His approach will hopefully become mainstream in about 5 years." - Swami Asokananda, President Integral Yoga Institute – NYC
Michael Plasha is the most thoughtful, attentive teacher I have had the pleasure of learning from. His approach to teaching yoga integrates physical postures, meditation, concentration, breath-work, history & philosophy in a way that is equally wonderful for beginners and very experienced yogis." - Halle Sullivan, Student
I have known Michael for twelve years as both a student of his classes and a partner in bringing his work to school staff and students. His dedication to his craft and expertise as a teacher are unmatched, and I believe he would be an asset to your school community." - Dr. Leslee Hutchinson ASEDS Garnet Valley, PA
