About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

This workshop invites yoga teachers, practitioners, and seekers into a gentle exploration of the shared themes and resonances between Integral Yoga and the contemplative traditions of the mystical teachings of Kabbalah. Through lived experience and embodiment, participants will be guided to sense how these lineages speak to one another. Through the Tree of Life (spiritual connection to the universe) the movement of subtle energy, the cultivation of balance, mindfulness and devotion, we will tend to our self care and healing in deep and profound ways.
In this program you will experience...
These parallel teachings are woven into restorative, gentle, and chair-based yoga practices, allowing embodied pathways and energy to open for personal growth, deepened practice, and more conscious relationships with ourselves and others. The emphasis is on integration, revealing wisdom from many traditions to inform and enrich the way we move, reflect, and serve.

The program is offered by Reb Cantor Lisa Levine, RYT 500, a U.S.-based Rabbi, composer, poet  and Anandi Deborah Absler, PhD,  Integral Yoga teacher, President of Integral Yoga Centre Melbourne, Australia, social worker and Australian yoga teacher Pippa Evers. Together, they bring decades of experience holding inclusive, heart-centered spaces where movement, spirit, and shared humanity naturally converge.
Testimonies:
I’ve been doing yoga since 1970 and I’ve been learning about Kabala since about 2000. Reb Lisa is top-of-the-line in both arenas from my experience. She’s an extremely alert and kind teacher, weaving in personal support in the midst of a huge amount of information that she can transmit while guiding us in movements according to what our body can do. Past Participant
I’ve been in Interfaith clergy for 30 years and I recognize in Lisa the amazing complementarity of deep knowing of specific paths while holding the unified field for all expressions of humans learning about divinity. Past Participant
I like your big heart, your love, and your dedication. Thankyou for being such an inspirational teacher. I have enjoyed learning yoga with you and have felt a much-needed positive shift in my life. Thankyou so much for sharing your knowledge and skills. – Gail
Thanks for showing us great yoga, for making it accessible for us in fun ways as we age. – Jane
