Wednesday: Early Breakfast with Meditation, Yoga and Breathwork
Outdoor Walk -- Mineral Bath Session included
11am -- Group Brunch and Integration Session
1:30pm CheckOut at the Magnuson -- Shuttle to DIA leaves at 2pm and 4pm (Approx two hour travel to airport)

Course 3: "Ethics, Privacy and Consent (with contracts) and
Course 4: "Turning Intention into Reality"
Welcome to Colorado unique mini-resort: Manitou Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak.
Arrivals on Tuesday -- book your Welcome Spa and Breathwork Session for 2, 4 or 6pm
Group Dinner at 6:30 and Sunset Walk with "Intentions Revisited"
Wednesdays: Early, Midday and Late Afternoon Journey Times -- 1/2 day tourist visits
with optional Pikes Peak Cog Railway Tour (4 hours) or
Spa Half-Day Visit with Hot Tub, Massage and Preparation Session
Sunset: BreathWork and Downtown Light Dinner 7:45 to 9:30

Your registration includes a 4=day lite rail pass which can be used for travel throughout the metro area's extensive lite rail system. You airport to Union Station train is $10, then all other transportation needs are met with the NWE shuttle service at the retreat site.

- In 2026 we plan to expand service to add person aged 21 to 25, and persons 66 to 80. Our current waiting list is also only open to residents of the U.S. (and British Columbia) which are states passing a legal adult-use cannabis retail law. Those eligible to attend the NWE Retreat will come from zip codes in those 22 states. Do not book any travel plans until you have a confirmed master spa appt.
